We had booked the room after travelling back from Bangladesh to rest before driving back home to Ottawa. We were very well rested and had a pleasant stay.

A good large room. I have cleaning service every day which is very good in this hotel. However, poor infrastructure in Toronto has made this hotel slightly disadvantaged in terms of public transport. It is about 4km from the hotel to the nearest train station. Not very happy with that. Dining service is very slow and service staff seems can’t be bothered to serve customers.

Very nice hotel are well located..excellent view of the city from my room. I really appreciated the the love seat with its matching leg support on wheels! Staff was very professionnal and plaisant. I will certaimnly go back there or/and recommande this establishment to anyone I care about.

Such a beautiful spacious room with a view. Lovely service from Denise on the reception. Sadly there were no facilities available to use apart from a very basic gym on a shabby floor and this floor seemed very smoky but the rest of the stay was lovely. Take a walk around the picturesque grounds.

This is a formerly Westin property. While i can see that this property once was an amazing hotel with lots of land and amenities, i could tell the new management wasn't doing a great maintenance job. Lots of wear and tears in common areas. But still the rooms were clean and while the location isnt in downtown, lots of restaurant options nearby to make it appealing

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped the room was, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The facilities overall were top-notch, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the location was a bit of a drawback, as it wasn’t the most convenient for getting around. That said, if you don’t mind being slightly off the beaten path, the quality of the accommodations more than makes up for it.

Has no empathy, doesn’t allow cancellation due to Heathrow disruption, trip on the other hand was very supportive in the process

We had a late check in and right after we got our room key and headed to the elevator 2 of 3 were out of service. When we got to our room it was freezing. So we turned the heat up and went for dinner in the restaurant. My wife had a salad, I ordered the beef dip, which pretty sure was done in a microwave. It was one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life.   We will not return. Very disappointing

Many choice for restaurants nearby hotel. Cafe and bar in the lobby G floor

The room is very large and the bed is soft and comfortable. Building itself is a bit old, particular the balcony. The location of hotel is good, easy to reach by bus. The surrounding environment is also nice.

The door gap is too big, no sound insulation and seal is not good, and the smoke-free floor can still smell the smell of smoke and the air conditioning has the smell of *********

Very helpful and heart warming front desk staff. Always trying her best to help and answer my many questions ie how to move around by Uber, public bus, train from point A to point B in the Toronto area. The room is cleaned everyday by a hardworking housekeeper. My wife and I enjoyed the stay.

Toilet not flushing properly. Corrected after I raised the problem with staff. Toilet paper roll holder loose. Corrected after I raised the problem with staff. Elevators often very slow. One time it was on service and cleaner asked us to take another elevator. This hotel is slipping due to benign neglect. I only stay there because of location.
