Overall it was alright, the location is convenient and easy accessible.

A nice hotel overall, its just that some of the room facilities are dated and worn. Still pleasant to stay at with nice food and bar.

Good deal and good service and nice people, 10 minutes walk to the subway.

ok location. Service sometimes v good sometimes average. most personnel fine, specially Ryan. Pool is much pooler than photo. Perhaps the best hot dog in Toronto in a street truck next to hotel!;)

We stayed in the 20th floor and the views were amazing, the location of the hotel is very central so all downtown area was easily accessible. The staff was courteous, it would be great if the hotel atleast provides water everyday.

Hotel location are very good and got nice swimming pool. Many Japanese restaurants close to hotel too

Great spot to stay! We attended a Jay's game and it was a easy walk to the stadium and we were able to take in the sights along the way. And we got cookies! Would recommend and would stay here again!

This hotel was super clean and the staff are very nice. Everyone was super helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

Easy check in, lobby was nice, the hotel room was a bit small and needed a little more cleaning. In a great a location. Many restaurants around.

The staff is fantastic! It was a 20 minute walk to scotia bank arena. The towels and the bedding didn’t smell fresh. I’m sure they are clean maybe their laundry machines need to be replaced. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, easily accessible from Toronto Pearson International Airport by UP Express and the subway. And has lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly service and thanks for the free, warm cookie! The room and furniture were a bit dated, and the bedding was not as smooth as I wanted it to be, but I could bear with it for two nights. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Toronto. :)

Went to Toronto for a baseball game and the room was amazing. Quiet, comfortable and huge. Would stay again if in Toronto again.

Not bad, shower was not really working was the only real issue.

Great location and value compared to other hotels in Toronto. It really is a 3* hotel in terms of UK standards, but fine if you won’t be spending much time in your room, and out exploring Toronto. Gym was very hot, but free bottled water was provided. Pool was ok, a little dirty in the water itself.
