I just stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much of the equipment. The room is clean and nice, and the service is timely. The hotel is near Osgoode subway station, in the busy downtown area. The room's light was dim, which made it unsuitable for writing and working at night. I didn’t get a chance to check my bag (after check-out and before leaving the city) because the staff was not always at the designated spot in the lobby—I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back.

Excellent stay! Unbelievable cleanness of the room! Great location and amazing facilities at the hotel! Recommend you to choose that hotel for your stay in Toronto!

Room is spacious and comfortable. There was a sudden power outage during the first night of stay which the hotel did not offer any compensation

I start with the good things. Everyone was friendly and the room was large with a very nice view of the CN tower. The hotel accommodated my request to change from a double bed room to a king size bed room on a upper floor. However, there were many issues with my stay. First, the pool area is in poor condition and the inside patio area has a very dirty rug and the furniture is beat down. The rug and furniture are such easy fixes. Second, the room service is the most disappointing. The online order form didn't work to preorder breakfast and there is no phone to reach anyone about it. The service button on the phones in the room do not work! Also room service offers very limited food choices and very limited time spans during which you can order. Except for a few items (creme brulée, french onion soup) the breakfast items selection and taste was disappointing. Third, the TV movie on demand service worked only sporadically. The hotel did remove the movie charge from my bill. Finally, although everything was clean and the bed was made everyday, for some reason the coffee/tea amenities I used daily were not replenished (even after I made the request) and the bed skirt was so winkled it looked like it was left wet in a drying machine... I stayed at this hotel because my daughter has a reward program with Hilton. I will not return to this hotel. For similar prices, amenities and location perks, there are much better options in Toronto.

Everything was perfect however there was no area within the building to smoke. I was directed outside the building for this.

The hotel was amazing and definitely worth the price. Great rom, pretty modern and super comfortable.

Over all good but bathroom in room is small. Also after  leaving at 10 in the morning I came back at 4pm and my room had not been cleaned. Nor were other rooms on my floor.

The check in was quick and came with two complementary waters. The design of the lobby was nice and the room was very spacious and well furnished, especially for its location in the busier areas of the city. I liked how there was a full body mirror in the room and in many places other in the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants and transportation options nearby so it was very easy to navigate as a tourist. Unfortunately the door/walls had bad noise insulation so I kept mistaking the sound of doors/keys for people trying to enter my room which made me feel quite uneasy and paranoid. This is the only reason took a star off each category of this rating.

Beautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower! No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms. They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options. Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

Room was good, but noise insulation was poor. Could easily hear people in other rooms. Gym and pool are good, but pool water is a bit too warm. Sauna is ok - temperature is not that hot and feels a bit outdated. Amenities are ok - coffee provided, but no water or newspapers. Altogether, Hilton feels so-so for what you pay.

Very nice stay at Hilton Toronto. The only negative I have is the elevators get very busy at peak times and I ended up walking down 14 stories of stairs instead of waiting a few different occasions. Staff was excellent, room was spotless!

The service at reception was ok. Elevators took forever to go to my floor or come back down. When I checked out it took 30 min on the elevator to get to the lobby from my floor. No water or snacks in the room. No coffee pot or glasses in the room. The cleaning lady refused to clean the room when I was there. So I left and let her know and came back and it was still not clean, pretty annoying. The menu lacked options. After I checked out I asked for a taxi and they gave me an unlicensed one which I didn’t notice until after we left. Paid considerably more for the fare. I don’t recommend this hotel.
