Due to some negative reviews, I was dubious about staying here, however, have to say that I have found very little to complain about. Check-in was very friendly & welcoming. Very large room with a welcome small kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Love having a couch with coffee table & lamp, something I miss in many more expensive hotels where I have to lie on the bed to read etc. The air conditioner was effective. Plenty of hot water in the shower & great pressure. Whilst the mattress was firm, I actually slept like a log! Nice view out onto the pool & garden, with small patio setup. Beautiful beach for walking right across the road & heaps of eateries well within walking distance. My only issue, really, was the intermittent wifi, however I have had worse staying at much more expensive accommodation in Hervey Bay.

Went to shower. No hot water. Called and was advised to bad, must of ran out. Spoke with manager the next day to see if this was just a one off and Advised they cannot guarantee hot showers, first in first served. Asked for refund as we inky booked accommodation for hot showers and beds. Manager not happy but eventually gave me a partial refund for days not used as we bailed to a motel that could offer warm water. Pretty rude. We just wanted beds and showers each night after adventures throughout the day, otherwise we would of camped.

I booked and fully paid through Qantas travel. I am a visiting specialist doing clinics for children in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay. I was delayed in leaving Bundy on 22/8/24 riding my motorbike to tower court motel. I got there at 6.15pm finding the office shut without any instructions for after hours arrival. I noticed that there are 2 messages left by REECE the manager on my message bank. The 2nd message advised me that he is leaving and I am a “no show” without any instructions how to get the key. I called Qantas who called Reece and he agreed for me to call him. I called but he did not answer his ph. As I am wondering what to do a family residing there told me that Reece actually lives in unit #1. I knocked on the door at 630pm to face a hostile and rude hotel manager who did not wish to provide the room key to me. I pleaded with him to reconsider as I had nowhere to spend the night and the room was fully paid for. He shut the door at my face telling me that I had “violated his privacy”. I have not been refunded. I think this is very dishonest and not in the spirit of hospitality..

Needs a major makeover! Very rundown, but it’s also reflected in the price. It is clean and the location is good. The tiles are falling off the walls, shower drain didn’t empty. The TV had a white mark over the screen so you can’t actually see all the TV show. we won’t return to this one as you can pay a few $$ more and get something better.

My partner and I have been regular customers here for the last 3 years and absolutely love it. This hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the shops and numerous cafes. The rooms were big and everything was super clean and comfy! Rhys, the hotel manager has always been nothing short of amazing to us and his hospitality will forever be remembered. Overall it is a terrific stay with a very relaxing atmosphere.

Great motel, perfect location very clean and spacious room. Top up tea/ coffee all complimentary. Rhys was incredibly helpful with booking our tours for Fraser & sunset boat trip! Great stay for all ages, very quiet so no issues if you need a good night sleep!

Right near the beach. Easy parking. Rooms were super nice and the beds were great. Staff so helpful when I ask a heap of questions. A short walk to the bakery we were set. The sunsets from the top floor were stunning.

I had a good feeling about TCM after dealing with Rhys over 3 years due to Covid cancellations & the good feeling became real when we arrived for our 4 night stay. The motel is relatively small with authentic rooms, spotlessly clean, good little kitchen, with MW & plates, etc for two. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, windows could be opened for a cross breeze & undercover parking was provided. Rhys was very helpful & accommodating. The overall experience was excellent & great value. We’d not look elsewhere if we went back to HB.
