Bentley Lodge

Back again for the fifth time at our absolute favourite b&b and yet again 5 stars,superb! As always the rooms and indeed the whole b&b were spotless. Debbie and Richard go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect,the lovely little touches and thoughtfulness makes your stay so special. The breakfast is to die for and not once in our 3 day stay did we need to eat before our evening meal. When the sunshine is out there is no better place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine than in the beautiful garden. Situated in a peaceful position but not far from train station with a bus stop at the top of the road and it’s a lovely walk to the seafront. The only problem is that we now compare every b&b that we stay at to the Bentley lodge and still after 14 years we haven’t found one that comes anywhere close. Rest assured we will be back next year thank you Debbie and Richard for making our stay and my birthday so special. Once again excellent! John and Tina.

We have been staying at Bentley Lodge for a few years now and we absolutely love it. Tucked away on a quiet road, it is ideally placed in Torquay, just a stroll from the train station or a 20 minute stroll to the sea front. Spotlessly clean rooms and always feel at home here. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic all made with the very best ingredients. We have stayed at many hotels and B&B’s in Torquay over the years and this wins hands down. Would never stay anywhere else and looking forward to our next visit.

Been coming here for around 6 years now and still the perfect place . It’s amazing from the rooms to the dinning area and gardens are the perfect place to chill at the end of the day . The rooms leave you wanting for nothing and are spotless . The breakfast is the best I’ve had and sets you up for your day . Debbie and Richard the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble .

This is a fantastic B&B. Lovely rooms that are bright, airy and immaculately clean. The bed is super comfy. . Debbie is a great host. Have been staying here for many weeks through 2025. Absolutely deserves a 5/5 rating. I look forward to staying in the weeks ahead. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

Friendly welcome and a super place to stay with lovely clean room. would highly recommend and super nice touches like fudge and other treats in the room. really wonderful quiet place to stay, Thank you Debbie and will be seeing you again soon.

Everything is perfect at The Bentley Lodge with Debbie and Rich ensuring you will have an enjoyable stay. Nice clean and airy rooms, good off road parking and delicious breakfast. An easy 15 minute flat walk in to Torquay makes it an ideal location.
