Private: beautiful garden to relax. Patio (20 m2), pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 500 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 10 m. Golf course (18 hole) 800 m.
