Je suis choqué de cet hôtel. Comme j’étais de passage à malaga pour prendre l avion je me suis retrouvé dans un hôtel dont y’a rien qui m’a plu en terme de service

Hotel was clean the rooms were cleaned every day the food was nice plenty of choice . Plenty of sunbeds for everyone hotel is 20 mins walk from torremolinos and the attractions but a free bus if u don't like to walk .very peaceful area weather was 30degrees everyday we had a very nice holiday

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel and our 4 night stay we had here. Often places just get reviews for the negatives and this place seemed to have a lot but we felt the complete opposite. The hotel is modern, has some great friendly staff who are always happy to help and the desk being 24 hours helped massively. The food was ok. We were half board so breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast was by far the best with cooked breakfasts and lots of pastries and savouries. Evening meal food wasn’t great for us we were super limited and I do thing they need more of a variety. However; we were out some days which meant we were eating out anyway so we weren’t too bothered by this. We managed to rent a car from the hotel who had a link with a company, super simple and only costed us €55 for the day for a brand new 2024 small Kia and day insurance was included. Car was ready and we had it for 24 hours. There’s a small supermarket 4 min walk from the hotel. The hotel provides a free bus to the local town and the beach which is great. Bolt and Uber were super helpful and cheap too for trips to where we needed to go. We upgraded our room to the junior suite for only €15 a night and we had an amazing view as you can see in the photos, super clean room and great cleaning staff. Our second but we had a bottle of wine delivered which we were surprised at and a very kind gesture too! We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the day entertainment by the staff round the pool was brilliant. Great bunch of people with great personalities! Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay the staff were very pleasant and accommodating and the rooms were clean and well presented. The swimming pool was fantastic with a smaller quieter one also. There is also a kiddies area. The grounds are well maintained and there is a mini golf complex too. Highly recommended.

We are currently on route to the airport back home 2 days earlier than expected. I will start with the positives. It's a short 15 minute uber ride from the airport. The view from our balcony and the majority of the staff were lovely. That's where it ends and quite possibly the worst holiday we have had. The food was dire, I don't expect much from an all-inclusive holiday as it is hard to cater for such a large number of people. However, we were not expecting us to go hungry. I am classed as a fussy eater. However, my husband and friend are far from that and could not believe the bad quality of food. This was not just basic all-inclusive food. This was below basic. Don't be fooled by the nicely arranged and sheer amount of food like we were on first glance. the hotel is large and holds a large number of people, but the facilities are not set up for the sheer volume of people, so there are queues for everything. The pools again are small and sub standard for the number of people. The cleaning staff work hard and there is no negatives in regards to the cleanliness. When checking out two days early, we spoke with reception and when she hesitantly said she hoped we had a nice holiday we said no, for a 4 star hotel the food was very bad and the hotel was not much better. There is no offer of rectifying anything or even taking feedback. Just ok . This left us further disappointed. This was a 4 day short break much needed. We neurodivergant children, and this is our very first break without them. In 16 years. This was incredibly difficult, and now it's just made the choice to leave them for a short 4 days even worse and not worth it.

We're just back from our 7 day all inclusive holiday at Aluasun Costa Park and we had an amazing time for our first family holiday with our 3 year old. The rooms are a bit dated but we didn't mind as they were spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfy and we had an amazing view from our balcony. Everything was perfect from start to finish, great selection of food in the restaurant & snack bar every day, and a good selection of all inclusive drinks also. The pools were fab, clean, and plenty of sunbeds, we never struggled to find one. Felt very safe also as the life guard crew closely monitored the pools each day. The entertainment was excellent every night, very energetic and something for everyone, with a kids mini disco at the start of the evening. Our daughter had the best time and met lots of new little friends. The staff at the hotel really made the experience for us, everyone was so kind, helpful and very pleasant. The entertainment team are just amazing. A special shout out to Imed in the restaurant, who was always there to greet us and was great with our daughter. The hotel also has a supermarket with everything you need, a gift shop and spa with a selection of treatments. I would particularly like to thank the lady in the spa who helped me, I woke up one morning with a pulled muscle in my neck and was in excruciating pain and could barely move. My partner took me downstairs to the spa and I asked for a massage, the lady gave me a really good neck, back and shoulder massage and provided advice on aftercare. Within a day or two my neck was back to normal, thank you so much for saving our holiday as I was afraid I would need to attend an urgent care doctor. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, it has everything you need and there's so much happening every day. We would definitely come back. Thank you again for everything ❤️

Just home from a fabulous stay at AluaSun Costa Park with my daughter. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Imo and Valentina in the restaurant, and Ingrid on reception. The hotel could do with a bit of an update here and there, but I can’t fault it other than that. The entertainment team were excellent, we especially loved the Rock & Roll night! The free shuttle from the hotel to Torremolinos and the beach was very handy. It took under 10 minutes to get to the town. All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend for families of all ages!

Amazing entertainment and experience lots of stuff for the kids lovey pool and good food nice rooms aswell totally recommend for everyone lovely staff and workers all so nice and polite good water park for the kids and lots to do all the time amazing place
