Hotel Puente Real

這個酒店屬於度假酒店，不屬於傳統的四星級商務酒店，有很多英國度假旅行團，出門就是海灘。房間很大並單獨帶一個起居室，各項服務中規中矩，也沒有傳説中的不堪，從價格來看可以接受。

Hotel correct, vu sur la mer très jolie

Initial check in all OK, it was late and we didn't want to eat. Very loud music til midnight opposite hotel. Food was OK nothing special not good for a four star I've had better food in a 3 star. The resturant was like a canteen, carrnage at times with rude demanding people, the staff are all lovely and do there best. The room was suppose to be superior it definitely was not the noise from the room next door was awful a man giving his wife and child a lot of grief you should be ashamed of yourself. The lifts were diabolical we walked most of the time. The drinks were OK and bar staff were lovely. I would not return to this hotel as my experience was not a good one. The Angus steak house was superb, food was perfect, just 5 minutes walk away. The toilets in hotel were awful either broken seats flooded or broken locks not user friendly or not very clean. I would not return to this hotel far to many people and not enough facilities to deal with everyone. It was an expensive holiday to which I was expecting far more I am disappointed at what I got, and will not return.

I would stop taking bookings for the Puente Real Hotel otherwise you will have some very similar feedback. 4 out of 6 of us became very ill at different times over the 7 nights stay, including my 6 year old son. After looking at some recent reviews on trip advisor it looks like we aren’t the only one. The food at this hotel is appalling. Cold, not alot of options. We ended up eating elsewhere after day 3. The snack bar by the pool is OK but again I wouldn’t trust it, the toastie and chips is what we survived off until we went off resort. Rooms are dirty, not sound proof as we had a beach facing room but the clubs directly across the road are so loud, plus you can hear the room next to you water running and the rooms need some work on to update. First night we had a drunk banging the door while my kids slept, second night the phone was ringing at 3am then more people banging the door the third night. And If you are in the main block then hope you like getting the stairs as the lifts are tiny and always full, good luck if you are on 9th floor. I had a push chair and people refused to let me and my son in to the lifts on multiple occasions. I would have to wait over 30 mins for a lift sometimes. Staff are friendly enough but maybe only a handful speak English. This is fine but not helpful when your child is very sick in the night and you need help. They do clean the room every day but it’s the standard swap of towels make beds etc. unless you say something. Pools are nice but cold till about 3pm then they shut them at 6pm. No structure for sun beds it’s just fight for yourself. If you leave just your towel on one longer than 30 mins the lifeguard comes and takes it. My 2 year old son pulled out a light from the baby pool very easily and a massive rusty screw fell out. There are bins around the pool and snack bar area but you wouldn’t know as there is rubbish flying around everywhere, no one is cleaning it up. The amount of times I had to fish out rubbish from the pool is gross. Arcade on site isnt much there and most of the games break or just take your money, needs replacing or just taking away. Pool bar staff are lovely. Toilets by the pool aren’t clean so if you can, go back to your room I’ll easier. Thankfully the entertainment team were full on and put on a good time or I think me and my kids would have gone out of my mind. In my opinion even though the location is ideal as it’s just by the airport, I’d prefer to go to Benalmadena which is such a vibrant lovely area or more towards central Malaga. Both places we had lovely food at and great areas. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, we didn’t see one TUI rep either, not great.

I am not one to write reviews let alone negative one's. On this occasion I find it necessary to do so. During our stay here my 5 year old daughter attended the Kids Club. When the Kids Club had finished the member of staff simply let her go off on her own at the far end of the complex on the sports ground to which she was lost and couldn't find us her parents or her brother. The site is open to the public and anyone can come onto the complex at anytime and cause harm to a 5 year old child wandering around lost and unattended or further more kidnap or remove a vulnerable child off site. This is completely unacceptable and if your allowing your children to attend the Kids Club here do not leave them with staff even if other children are attending. I will be taking this matter further as anything unforeseen could have happened.

Stayed here in May with my partner, mum and young daughter. First of all don’t listen to the negative reviews, not really sure what these people are expecting. The hotel is spotless clean, the breakfast and lunch is amazing as are deserts. Dinner is lovely too but slightly repetitive if I’m being over critical. The poolside snack bar and drinks are amazing. Swimming pools are lovely with plenty loungers. Entertainment is prob the best I’ve seen in a Spanish hotel and the location is absolutely perfect on the beach. We were also upgraded to a stunning sea view room which we can’t thank the hotel enough for. We’ve already re booked for next year which will be stay no.5 and can’t wait!! PS Angus steakhouse and Eat and drinks pub are highly recommended!
