Very nice hotel nice rooms comfy beds, fantastic powerfull shower . Nice friendly staff always smiling and helpfull. Pool area nice just a tad noisy at the moment with building works but soon sorted that with headphones. There was 10 of us and I don't think we had 1 complaint between us will definitely give this hotel another visit , only found the rooftop terrace as we were leaving pity we would have used it more not really advertised.

We have just returned from 5 nights at this hotel. Room was ready for 3pm, we arrived around 12pm, but could change in the toilets and leave our luggage whilst we sat by the pool. The pool area; nice area with a lovely pool. The sunbeds are a little uncomfortable and it was unfortunate that the jacuzzi was empty, but the pool was fine to swim in. There is building work going on nearby so that took a little of the ambience. We had room 201, perfect for what we needed and a nice small balcony. Nespresso machine and fridge in the room, and hairdryer provided. It was cleaned daily, and the air conditioning works wonders. Breakfast was nice, good coffee, orange juice and pastries especially great location, and would 100% stay again. We found the rooftop terrace on our last day, would’ve been nice to have this pointed out before, offers a couple of sun lingers and a shower

No help with luggage at check in even though I was struggling with two large bags. The jacuzzi outside wasn’t working and none of the pool fountains pictured were working. I didn’t go to the pool. I was offered an ocean view room for $10/night extra which I was happy to pay. The views were good but the only window to the room was the door to the terrace. Housekeeping short sheeted the bed which was uncomfortable. Also didn’t leave enough toilet paper or any shampoo so I had to take from the cart which was in the hallway. So I’m glad I didn’t have to call for it. Don’t understand not leaving enough toilet paper as I was a solo traveler even. They gave me a late check out at 1:00pm which was very nice. Breakfast was horrible don’t buy. Orange juice was always gone and scrambled eggs were liquid and the bacon raw. I had to nuke them in the microwave to make it edible. Lots of room for improvement and definitely not a four star hotel. Neighbors were noisy and felt super close on the terrace. Front desk staff is nice and friendly.

would have 100% been a 5 but for the cleanliness of the pool area and bathing terrace’s .hotel fab , staff amazing , room lovely size and clean , restaurant for breakfast also spotless and lots of choice too .PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE replace your sunloungers beds with CLEAN thick mattress , clean the poolside floor daily !! it wasnt cleaned once in my 5 night stay . i dropped some nuts on the floor and the skin from them was there for five days plus it was FILTHY on floor , pool looked clean and jacuzzi but the floor 🫣. the sun terraces have so much potential but were left dirty and scruffy . i would have 100% rebooked in 4 weeks time but im afraid im looking elsewhere. inside hotel is lovely but outside needs serious work

We spent a very pleasant week here. Rooms were small, but perfectly clean. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Situated within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but on a nice quiet street, it suited us perfectly.

We love this hotel, 3rd time visiting & would 100% return. Friendly staff, the best location as so close to the beach, bars & restaurants. We had 2 rooms next door to each other so had the large private terrace all to ourselves. Never used the pool as wasn't always in the sun but we preferred the beach anyway, however we did go up to the fab rooftop terrace one day which was so peaceful. Our only issue is that the furniture up there needs replacing, they only had 8 loungers there & 4 of them were broken so couldn't use. The cushions were in desperate need of replacing & they were grubby. Same applied to the furniture on our terrace & around the pool - the cushions were really dirty & the zips on them had all burst. This issue was the only thing that let the hotel down. Rooms were of a decent size & plenty space in the wardrobe etc, safe was there if you wanted to use it & a small fridge. There was a coffee machine which we didn't use - would of preferred a kettle & cups so we could make a cuppa on a morning. Iron & board available from reception if required. Small bar for drinks etc which we did use. We will be back next year.

Just arrived back from a 6 night stay at the moondreams we found it to be excellent value for money In a prime location . The only downside is the pool is too cold and shaded to use however the beach is only a street away so the pool wasn’t a problem for us . The room itself was very clean and modern with everything you need . The breakfast selection is good no full english option however you will not go hungry there is something for everybody and the pastry selection is amazing . All staff was attentive and very friendly excluding one , I don’t have her name however she was manning the bar/reception desk on Tuesday 07/05 . I went down to the bar to request some ice for one pre dinner drink on the terrace of our room . When I asked for a couple of blocks of ice she told me I would need to buy a bag at 5 euros I didn’t quite understand this as there was no freezer in the room eventually after a heated discussion in front of other guests she parted with the two blocks of requested ice . After Tuesday the ice was not a problem in fact all other staff members were more than happy to accommodate . Special shout out to Mario’s on the front desk always happy to help . All in all we would stay at the moondreams again .

Hotel well situated for beach and town rooms clean and comfortable with nespresso coffee maker Staff generally polite and helpful Paid to upgrade to room with balcony but couldn’t use it due to building work from early morning Pool area disappointing with tired-looking sun loungers and jacuzzi not in use possibly due to time of year Have stayed in this hotel several times but feel that standards have slipped somewhat and that it has lost some of its original boutique hotel charm Other hotels in the area offer more facilities for similar price so may think twice about returning to this hotel

great hotel and staff, breakfast Olu Ihab reasonable, nothing luxurious or objectionable, but the only minus was the bedside lamps on the wall, but they don't go on individually, because I would have liked to put one lamp on and not both lamps or other lamps, that's the minus, otherwise everything is great
