Hôtel un peu en hauteur pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les côtes 😁 sinon tout est ok à part peut être le soir où certains ne respectent pas les autres (portes qui claquent, enfants dans les couloirs qui crient) mais bon c’est la vie en communauté. Personnel très accueillant, très propre. Attention si vous louez une voiture difficile de se garer.

Muy biena estancia, ubicación, instalaciones y yodo muy bien la verdad, el único inconveniente fue que estuvimos 1 día sin gel de baño , al hacer la limpieza no tomaron nota de esto. El resto muy bien la verdad.

Hotel was clean and tidy, room and beds was comfortable, staff were spot on and food was good, would definitely stay again, was in a good location near the beach, local shops and bars was a bit hilly but ok, also only a short walk into Magaluf and not far from the airport

First impressions were excellent, Reception staff on arrival (Jose), and others so welcoming, rooms nice and clean, as is the whole hotel. Pool areas really nice, plenty sunbeds around main pool and space to walk around. Snack bar beside pool, served up decent food. Restaurant food hit an miss (Lunch/Evening),depends what you like and what clientele are staying at the time you visit, cold buffet was fresh and varied, meat was poor standard, unless you like Pigs trotters, Kidneys, Turkey chops??, even Chicken Breast was tough. Brekkie was usual Spanish fare, cheap bacon, and deep fried sausages, fried eggs, scrambled also, plenty nice fresh bread and pastries, fruit and cereal. Breakfast was probably the best mealtime for us, due to what was offered, others opinions might differ. You wont starve though, there will be something you will like. The review was close to being a 4 instead of 3, this was put down to certain areas off staff letting the Hotel down, the early morning restaurant ladies were so grumpy, probably because guests kept interrupting their morning chat between 7.30/8.00, maybe they got nicer after 8. Also hot food at lunch/dinner could have been off a better standard for a 4 star, so rate it a 3 instead of 4. Special mention to Staff who were excellent, Reception, Cleaners, Maids, Daytime Bar and pool bar staff, and Animation staff all wonderful and very polite, which helped make the stay enjoyable.

It takes me months to find the perfect holiday and I feel like Alua Sun met and exceeded my expectations. Echoing other reviews the hotel is spotlessly clean and smells really good too. You know you're onto a winner when you walk into a main hotel toilet and your child is saying that it smells nice 🤣...and it did! Let's get the part out the way which seems to niggle so many people. All inclusive includes all food and soft drinks PLUS 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch and 3 at dinner. You can have either beer or wine. Someone moaned that it was cheap wine and I would argue that although you're not drinking chablis or malbec from a tap, when are you EVER being served expensive wine at an all inclusive 🙄 they are all nice and very drinkable wines, even the rosé! Probably the nicest rose I have ever tasted. This is a family friendly hotel and local law to one side, if you want to go somewhere and get leathered all day, go into magaluf. I think the reason this hotel is able to keep such a great standard is because they don't give people free reign to drink all day and all night within the price. You're still able to buy alcohol, you just pay for it on top and it's about €3 for a glass of wine, €3.50 for a pint and €5 for a cocktail. It's not pricey. Moving on... The food is plentiful and there is enough choice for ALL. I read a review where someone said there wasn't enough choice for kids, only chips. This is incorrect. My daughter has eaten more here than she does at home and she usually struggles to eat in different places. Breakfast has a selection of fruit, cereals, yogurts, pastries, jams and spreads, meats and cheeses, breads, cakes and then a hot counter with all your eggs, bacon, sausage etc. Even fried slices 😋 Lunch you'll have a selection of fruit, salads, desserts, meats and cheeses, breads, a stew or casserole and then a selection of fish, meat, chicken, paella, chips, rice, potatoes, pasta (which is served plain and then you can choose whether you add sauce) and you have a similar set up at dinner which usually also includes a soup. You are spoilt for choice truthfully Snack bar serves chips, pizza, burgers (beef and chicken), hot dogs, pasta, salads etc from 10-6 And of course you can eat whatever you like, how many plates you can handle The desserts are nice. I think the time of year we arrived (towards end of march) it's less busy so the selection is good but limited. Ive seen videos where they have a chocolate fountain etc but we haven't had that on our stay. It's a bit mad for people to say the dessert selection is disappointing because I'm not sure what people expect. We went in mid Sept with our 10mth old baby. Margo, receptionist who checked us in, was very helpful and friendly. Room faced the street and we had problems with boy racers driving by on two nights blasting horns and music then driving away at 1-2am (the hotel is pretty much couple of streets away from Magaluf so what do you expect on a weekend?!). Apart from that, the rooms were spacious, clean and had pretty much everything you need for your stay (had to pay to use safe though). They provided us wth travel cot for baby and it was clean and comfortable (baby slept well in it). The housekeeping ladies were fantastic!! (Thank you!). Very friendly, because our baby still needed naps throughout day, we were in the room on few occasions when they knocked and they made sure they didn't wake them up when we were exchanging towels and rubbish in/out rooms at the door. All inclusive included 3 alcholic drinks at the restaurant. Beer or wine. Food was hot, few options for cold food or hot food and range of food. Paella....OMG, it was delicious (think I had that every night!)!! Only downside is food for kids... only chips, or fired stuff and some fruit, bread or cheese/ham or pasta. So if you have a younger kiddos who you might need to watch on healthier food intake, you might need to bring own baby pouches but older kiddos should be fine as they could probably check out the adult side. Staff always came to say hi to our kid and made us feel welcome, and they did that with every kid around us too which was really nice especially when parents like us were on our first holiday with a kid and stressed at meal times sorting everyone out. Great location for beach and shops. Hotel is on a hill but you're between the Magaluf beach strip and the Palma Nova beach strip so you're not far from options. Mini Supermarket literally right opposite the hotel so it's fine for nipping out to get snacks and drinks to top up for room. Entertainment ... The staff were brilliant as well!! Things going on throughout day. Kids half hour mini disco most nights but it was on from 830pm so we only went on 2 of the nights and sat at the bar for a drink. There was a quiz night on one of the nights after it. Pool was brilliant. Smaller pool at the bottom with slides for kids. Middle pool was shallow (max 0.5m depth) which we went everyday as was deep enough for adults to sit in (waist height) and not too deep for holding kid in. Alot of other families with young children like us were here. The bigger pool at the top were mainly adults and older kids. Lifeguard in small and big pool. Very clean. Some people did put towels down and went away for hours but for mid Sept, it wasn't too busy that we couldn't get loungers throughout day. Gym, mini arcade and soft play next to restaurant so things to do after meal times or to kill some time out of the sun.
