Stayed in hotel for five nights end of April. Hotel is stunning and well looked after by staff. Very clean and staff couldn’t be more helpful. As per other reviews the pool is mainly shaded until around 11am and the pool is absolutely freezing but in the hight of summer will be appreciated. There are Bali beds for hire around the pool which we made use of which was an extra luxury the hotel offered for a price of €40. We also used the beds on the roof top pool which is absolutely beautiful, again for a price of €75. Only downfall is WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms, works everywhere in the hotel but have to be on the balcony for it to connect. Will definitely be returning. Weather was lovely, an hour or two of rain one day but other than that boiling hot.

Where do I start ? This hotel is amazing .Hubby and I have got back this afternoon from a long weekend away staying here .The staff are amazing ! So pleasant and helpful .Everywhere is spotless and the hotel has a lovely contemporary feel . The food ! OMG ! 5 star plus .We had a beautiful room overlooking the beach which is over the road . Bed and pillows are so comfy …all in all I couldn’t fault anything about it …wouldn’t hesitate to return which we definitely do ! The hotel is within a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins and you are in the heart of Palma Nova itself with lots of eateries and pubs .

Good hotel food excellent staff very friendly room small but clean great view over looking the sea and bay had room1711 7th floor great shower good to have fridge. But I have to use a stick due to back injury and it was not easy to get in and out of pool as only steep steps pool deep and shallow end was always busy with everybody standing plenty of free sunbeds most of the pool area did not get sun still 12 but that was ok with us as it was very hot there were bali beds but a charge of 50 euros per DAY which was STUPID there was a roof top bar but no normal sunbeds again only bali beds again at a starting charge of 50euros so did not use that pool also the hotel was not in the area it said on line it is not in Palm Nova but in Torrenova bay only 10mins to magalluf 25 mins to Palm Nova and because of my health issues to far for me to walk to palmnova on the good side to beach was only 10mins walk great beach very shallow. Would not return as not near enough to palmanova centre fir us.

When you walk in your met with a pleasant smell, Room ready on arrival, Complimentary large bottle of cold water, WiFi service 5* Room lovely and cold (it was 34degrees) was lovely relief when we walked in (every time) Breakfast buffet everything you can think of and more. Had a complimentary birthday gift (I did not mention it was my birthday, they must of noticed when checking passport) Pillows better than mine (now I’m googling, because mine were £110 each) We know we were lucky and had the hotel cheaper than most due to short stay and last minute. I hope management don’t get rid of the add ons in later years.. Never stayed in such a nice hotel. One recommendation- the sky bar pool needs to be a little cooler in the hot weather. Beautiful views. Had such an amazing time. Location is perfect. Highly recommended.

Here at the Fergus Style Tobago hotel, everything is good food is really good,our complaint would be, & other guests feel the same, that the bars closes at 11pm. You do not get a timecheck that the bar is closing, giving you an opportunity to buy drink. When you are on holiday, 11.00pm is too early for a hotel bar to close.
