El hotel está muy bien, mucho mejor de lo que me esperaba. Limpio, cómodo, muy bien situado, personal muy amable y bien desayuno.

Good room and 10/10 pool does the job when wanting to go magaluf strip. 3 mins walk from mansion, 10 min walk from beach . thanks Jaime

Hotel is in a good location and close to both beaches and nice places to eat and drink. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. There are a variety of breakfast options available. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The hotel itself is spot on, great location for the strip. However the one letdown is the lifeguard, constantly sits on his phone not watching the pool at all, there is a serious safety concern especially with a lot of drinking teens and the one person who is there to look after them constantly has his head in his phone with no care towards the pool. Lifeguards should not be on their phones on poolside. Additionally if you disagree with the lifeguard he often shouts at you in Spanish. He will also often ask you to meet up after his shift for a fight on the street, very unprofessional and also worrying for the safety of all guests. On multiple occasions the lifeguard pretended to throw balls at people very aggressively in order to scare them and potentially hurt them. He walks around the pool arguing with anyone over anything he can. We also saw him one day grab his genital area and grunt in our direction, this is very concerning considering he is a grown man. We are a group of 18 year old girls on our first holiday and we feel so unsafe around this man, he is a serious safety concern for the pool in terms of people being injured or drowning due to his lack of due care and attention. The lifeguard should not be allowed to be a lifeguard or be anywhere near a pool of water ever again. Apart from the lifeguard letting everything down the hotel is in a good location with good people and atmospheres. However we will not be returning mainly due to the lifeguard, this hotel should not be endorsed by TUI especially with the lack of safety for guests.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel I can honestly say I absolutely love it ❤️ lovely staff especially the young man on reception who greeted me on arrival who instantly knew me from September last year , my room was cleaned everyday , towels change and bed change nearly every day , breakfast was amazing everything you need to start your day , lifeguard was spot on especially when there was loads of young kids there this time constantly reminding them to respect other people, on arrival in my room was a complimentary drink with a lovely note , I have rebooked for September again the only thing was sometimes the noise in the early hrs of the morning with noise but security was on it almost straight away , being solo on my own I felt safe and so comfortable in this hotel and would highly recommend it thank you so much for making my stay amazing and see you September ❤️

Stayed here last year and loved it, hoped it would be the same this year but disappointed to have the staff being unfair and rude to us. Went to put money in the wristbands and was told we had a complaint for bringing people back and shouting abuse at security. Both never happened and instead of checking the cctv to check it was us after we said it wasn’t, they proceeded to deactivate our room keys and force us to pay a 100€ fine or else we wouldn’t be allowed back in our room, it took 3 days for them to sort this out after continuously saying they would check the footage and after finding out it wasn’t actually us, they refunded us without proper apology. The manager never showed up 3 times after making us wait around all day for a phone call and also never apologised either. Felt as though we were all just disrespected by staff after being falsely accused.
