In the ancient village of Monacizzo, a small fraction of the municipality of Torricella, just 2 km from the splendid beaches of Torre Ovo, Marina di Lizzano and Campomarino, there is the holiday home "c 'era Una Volta", a portion of a noble palace called Benedetto / Campo from the yearRecently restored, it retains its original appearance characterized by star vaults with tuff and stone walls. The structure located on the ground floor, enjoys very fresh environments composed of living room, kitchen, bedroom (open outlined by typical arches) anteroom and bathroom. It is proposed as a family solution for 4/5 beds and is designed for those who choose solutions near the sea but at the same time do not give up on tranquility and rest. Air-conditioned rooms, cleaning included and linen change.
This small village dates back to the medieval period inhabited in ancient times by Monks (hence the name of Monacizzo). The holiday home is located in an ancient street that leads to Piazza Trieste. Here silence and tranquility dominate unchallenged. Despite being a country that is increasingly expanding thanks to its proximity to the sea, this ancient historic center still remains to be discovered ... The streets and fiefdoms that surround it, inviting walks along the coast or down green and fertile fields , where the scent of the must in the September period intoxicates the air. The sea rich in Mediterranean scrub offers spectacular scenery and the coast is tinged with color and scents that characterize our territory. We have renovated this little gem with a lot of love and dedication trying to preserve the identity of the structure itself in order to honor distant times and the history of our places.
