Amazing location. Rooms were tastefully decorated in Caribbean style. Great view. We enjoyed watching the sail boats go by and being close to Soper’s Hole. Owner was very friendly. The old fort was neat to see. Only thing I would change is more comfortable outdoor seats on deck.

I had the absolute pleasure of hosting my family’s annual Christmas Eve get-together, at Fort Recovery Beach Front Suite #14, from 3 PM on December 24th, to 3 PM on December 25th, 2024. The experience was beyond incredible and will be cherished by all of us for years to come! The accommodation was perfect in every way. The full home had three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and ample storage and closet space. The main bedroom was a standout with its balcony, offering a stunning beach view. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the dining area was ideal for sharing meals together. The spacious living room had comfortable furniture, and everything was impeccably clean. One of the highlights was the large balcony, complete with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a cozy couch where we relaxed, while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. The property had so much to offer: tree swing just outside the suite for added outdoor enjoyment, beach lounge chairs to relax by the shore, and an incredible sunset view, that is a perfect end to the day. The property itself had a unique charm, with a historic fort onsite, hammock along the beach, and an outdoor swimming pool, for a refreshing dip. Although the property is located near the main road, a long wall kept it completely private, quiet, and distraction-free. Justin, the host, was fantastic—pleasant to interact with, highly responsive, and clear with all the information we needed. My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Fort Recovery Beach Front Suite #14 is a true gem, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in the British Virgin Islands.

If you enjoy a very sad and miserable stay in a resort that is an Hour away from any kind of Resturant or Night life this is the place for you. it takes a $60 dollar cab ride to get to and from the Resort from any form of life. It is on a very isolated section of the island. We left a $2000 deposit we prepaid for a stay there after arriving, we stayed only 4 hours and were so disappointed with the place we just left. Please consider anywhere else if you want any type of socializing with anyone.

We chose this villa for the romanticism it exudes, for the garden, for the atmosphere that was transmitted in the pictures on the rental websites...but after I chose it, I saw disastrous reviews on tripadvisor and my heart sank and I doubted the choice. We arrived here and I don't regret the choice for a second...Bon Reco villa it's indeed extremely romantic, the garden is a dream, the villa is imprinted with the patina of time... maybe the furniture is not too modern and perfect... but we live daily in a house that is modern and for a perfect holliday that's exactly what we were looking for...a forgotten time in which the passage of time is felt. We will definitely come back again and again. And we really enjoyed that the sun is not bathing the rooms all day and it's a little bit darker than other villas...the kids slept much more better without the air condition on during the day...in august... Remember...if you are searching for a modern villa...Bon Reco is not the one you are searching for. Bon Reco is for romantic families...
