Hotel from the comunist era. Staff was nice, breakfast rather poor, so are the rooms, outdated and not up to 4 stars standard. You get what you pay for, it’s pretty cheap :)

房間裏的大窗户有三扇，都能打開，户外空氣及其新鮮。酒店自助早餐很好吃，餐廳也可以點晚餐吃，如最後兩張圖。酒店離老城區走路很近，離託倫火車站Torun GT打車不到20波蘭元。很不錯的酒店。房間裏提供免費的玻璃瓶氣泡水。

強烈推薦託倫中心美居酒店！早餐給了我大大的驚喜，從傳統歐式美食到當地特色佳餚，應有盡有，食材新鮮，烹飪手法精湛，每一口都是享受。房間雖有些年頭，但佈置温馨，有一種獨特的韻味。關鍵是酒店所處位置得天獨厚，周邊交通便利，無論是前往熱門景點，還是尋覓當地美食，都輕鬆搞定。工作人員服務熱情，貼心又周到。綜合來看，這家酒店性價比超高，是來託倫旅遊或商務出行的理想之選，下次來一定還住這兒！

乾淨整潔的優良旅館，浴室雖不大，該有的都有，難得遇到把洗髮精和沐浴乳分開的，還貼心提供身體乳液，賓至如歸的感覺。飯店位置距離景點也非常近，散步幾分鐘就會到，非常推薦。

If you Stop Over over in Torun to visit this outstanding town, the Mercure hotel is a good option. The room and the comfort are almost the same good standard of any Mercure in Europe, breakfast okay and inside parking available. But the real plus is that is very close to the city center and easily you can go everywhere being at walking distance. Enjoy your stay here !

Okay hotel and very polite staff. Quite a good location, 5 minutes walk to the old town and public transport. Not much to complain about, although the hotel would need a little renovation. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices.

This is pretty standard "Mercure" - absolutely average hotel, which serves its purpose for short city stay. 5 minutes pleasant walk to old city center. Clean, decent size room, beds comfortable. Good water pressure. Good breakfast. Large car parking in front of hotel. Lack of electricity sockets by the bed. Lobby bar closes early, at 22:00. Would recommend, especially if you are with car.

Below average Mercure. Breakfast is good but rooms are tired and in need of a refurb. We had no wifi for the 3 days we were there as the router wasn't working and they "couldn't get someone to fix it over the weekend" Good location but not the best hotel in Torun but the room rate was attractive. Stay here if you can get a good room rate but don't expect a 4 star experience.

Very ordinary! I was expecting so much more with the Mecure name but very ordinary. Carpets are so old and worn and don’t even go to the wall leaving a gap. They are so old and dirty. The exterior of the hotel looks very old and no care. I had to plug the kettle in under the desk because there is no PowerPoint anywhere to use. The curtains didn’t close together- I had to use a bulldog clip to put together. The bath filled but drained automatically. Room 207. The bed was comfortable…. And the breakfast was good. Otherwise, very ordinary experience.

Try not to visit whilst " coach trips " are placed to sit for dinner in the bar...and private functions are placed in the restaurant... Made to feel extremely unwelcome as independent travellers ... No hot water for a shower despite running for 15 minutes ....at 10pm ..receptions answer was " you have to run it " Left the hotel at 7am ...Glad to leave ....

from a-z a great hotel food the steak was great the service as well rooms clean and when windows are closed o noice very happy like allways unfortunatly for me the hotel is full many times so i have to lok for a other one goo for them

Odnowione pokoje superior to czysta przyjemność pobytu, aż nie chce się opuszczać hotelu. Uroku niewątpliwie dodają im utrzymane w lokalnym tonie grafiki/fototapety nad łóżkiem. Nastrojowe oświetlenie. Obsługa bardzo sprawna i profesjonalna, poczynając na recepcji, przez taktownych i uprzejmych kelnerów, kończąc na miłym housekeepingu. Subiektywnie, nastrojowe oświetlenie pokoju stanowi duży plus. Korzystna lokalizacja "u bram" Torunia, z przyjemnymi widokami z wyższych pięter. Duży i wygodny parking w rozsądnej cenie. Spełniono także indywidualną prośbę związaną ze śniadaniem, serwis charakteryzuje wysoka jakość. Pewnym minusem jest prezent powitalny dla wyższego statusu Accor ALL. Doceniam lokalny produkt, ale jeśli wstawka jest na tyle skromna, to warto byłoby dołączyć chociaż list powitalny.
