Price-Quality ok

Me and my family came on holiday for Easter and I have to say the staff are lovely and we felt very welcomed. Everything super clean and all the staff so friendly. I want to make a special mention to foysal at the bar he was gentleman and so kind to my children. And I think his name is vladimir on reception was very helpful on the desk. There was a great selection of food and it was very good. All the people working in catering were amazing. The hotel is in the perfect place and close to the beach. 100% highly recommended. I have only given this place 2 stars as was clean and comfortable bed. The hotel advertises activities both day and night where were these activities then? Because I never found them all there was was a radio playing in the background around the pool in the daytime and in the evening there was just a DJ that was only on twice in the week and that was it. The hotel describes entertainment for children and adults and do a variety of games, etc. I would advise not to take children as there is nothing for them. The staff are miserable and do not bother speaking to you unless you say hello to them just a smile would do, but they didn’t even do that. The food was awful. cold and the same thing most days. The description of the food was in Spanish so unless it was obvious what the food was you Wasn’t to know . when asking the staff what the food was they didn’t know either. There were flies galore landing on the cold options . We ate out most days the food was that bad. I’m not a fussy eater by any means. The pool was in a shady area so hardly any sun came through. The area was lovely and we spent most days on the beach. The hotel was like a prison and boring. We had to go out every evening spending money. I choose hotels with entertainment so we don’t have to go out every night . Tossa hotel is false advertisement. Please avoid like the plague and definitely do not take children as they will be bored stiff. Definitely won’t go back.
