In the resort, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position, traffic calmed area, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 9 m, depth 130 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 05.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 800 m, bakery 1 km, sandy beach "Playa Mar Menuda" 1.7 km, diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course 25 km, surf school 9 km, tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km. Nearby attractions: Marineland Palafolls 20 km, Waterworld Lloret de mar 13 km, Casino de lloret 11 km. The house impresses above all with its location above the city and the sea. The views are unique. The pool is very sunny and is great.

A nice villa perched high up, but still very close to the main center which is a ten minute walk away but is on a very steep hill so would advise to drive. Unfortunately when we stayed the neighbour was working on his house and were noisy for most of our

Absolutely gorgeous house. A little far from the center, paid parking in town, additional budget to be expected. Neighborhood a bit noisy.
