I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The soundproofing is very poor — I could clearly hear noises from the floor above and the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, there was no blanket provided initially; only after asking the front desk did they give us two thin blankets. To make matters worse, the room didn’t have a single trash bin or even a trash bag, so we had nowhere to dispose of our garbage.
The most concerning issue was that during our two-night stay, someone tried to enter our room without knocking or informing us beforehand. Fortunately, they were unable to get inside because we had inserted the key in the door to lock it from the inside. This felt like a serious breach of privacy and security.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to these inconveniences and the lack of respect for guests’ privacy.

We had a lovely holiday at Tossa Park. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but well equipped; we had everything we needed. The pool was clean and maintained every day. Just a short, flat walk to the beach with a supermarket next door. For us it was perfect and we will definitely go back and would highly recommend!

Had a good stay here, staff was great we stayed for 7 nights and booked a studio with pool view we would return. €50 deposit to be paid on arrival The hotel: • air conditioning • WiFi • parking • a lift • indoor and outdoor pool open 10am to 8pm • pool table, football table, air hockey etc • vending machines for snacks and hot/cold drinks • towels provided • cleaning equipment provided • luggage room for storage after checkout ❌️ there is no restaurant or bar ❌️ The room: • balcony with table and chairs • TV (no english channels) • x3 single pull out beds (comfy) • x2 hobs, fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates etc provided • dining table and chairs • kettle, toaster, iron available behind reception free of charge. Deposit returned on check out.

Brilliant stay, brilliant staff , apartment was more than sufficient, swimming pool area immaculate, inside hotel was kept very clean ,nice comfortable beds, a 5 minute stroll into the town and beach area beautiful stay will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the pool area was great. The beds were sofa beds and were fine. A little uncomfortable but still a good night's sleep. That and the 50 euro deposit which isn't stated when you book were the only negatives. Hot water for showers, good kitchen facilities, great balcony with lovely views and lovely indoor pool. If you want something fancy, pay more and book elsewhere. This did myself and my family just fine. Very good hotel for the money. If switched to normal beds it would be much better. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Pleasantly surprised having read the negative reviews prior to our trip. We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenage children). We booked two apartments with balcony, which overlooked the pool and had beautiful views of the hills beyond. Rooms were basic (as expected), clean and have most things needed for a self catering stay away (although it was always our intention to eat out). I had read in the reviews prior to our trip that kettles were not provided and so I travelled prepared with my own pack flat travel kettle (available on Amazon). The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sunbed and the pool is maintained daily. The kitchen/dining area at the hotel is currently in a state of disuse and no food is available (again this didn’t bother us as always intended to buy in snacks for daytime and eat out of an evening). There is a small snack-bar where drinks, ice-creams and crisps can be purchased at various times throughout the day. Tossa de Mar is such a lovely place with plenty to see. I would recommend this hotel and Tossa de Mar for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Booked a wowcher mystery holiday and was given this hotel. Was told tossa de mar was a party town, absolutely not. Hotel was very very basic, only saw 2 members of staff with very little English. Pool area dirty, snack bar closed until July so no where to get food or drinks, everything shut at 10pm. Map very out dated so nothing open or even there. Very little facilities. Was told there was a storage room to leave our bags upon checking out, was then given a key to some sort of staff room full of tools and dustsheets. Hotel in a good area but nothing really about. Asked several people for certain bars spotted on map to be told they’re closed down, there was a market on Thursday morning which was good. Ended up getting a taxi into Llorrett de mar as there was much much more to do/things open. Sister hotel is available for entertainment/breakfast however wasn’t actually told about this by staff.

Appalling, any good reviews of this hotel are either made up by the management or they have got the wrong hotel. We stayed in this hotel last week. It was not as in the photos and the place was appalling. I complained on arrival and asked to cancel the reservation, but they refused a refund and then complained again in the morning. The indoor pool was filthy you could not see your feet and the room smelt of wet dogs. The bed for the child was not a bed. The other single bed was dangerous as if you sat up you could easily hit your head on it. The beds were not made up as in the photos. You could not access the bath/shower, very dangerous. The shower did not work properly. The door to the bathroom did not open as the cleaning stuff was behind it so you could not use the sink. Broken glass on the balcony separation. Hob fan rusty old and dangerous. Freezing cold all night ( apparently needed to ask at reception for controls, not told this at check in). Blankets for bed were manky! Had an insect in my bed sheets, when undoing them to make my own bed!
