The hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears. Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

The room was excellent, the staff was polite and provided great service, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The room was new and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but of average quality. I will definitely come back again.

We loved the breakfast buffet and the variety of amenities. It’s right across the street from the Toulouse Matabiau train station.

This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse.

The hotel is very clean and good location. But they asked 150 Euro deposit when I first day arrived. After four days when I checked out they didn't gave me money back. Different staff said different things. Someone said will be gave me back same day tonight. Someone said gave me back in three working days. Until now I already back home for three days I still haven't received the money. Really bad experience. Never go to this hotel again.

fuss free, 24/7 reception was very helpful, location was very convenient

We liked the room but didn't get enough amenities (only 2 small tubes of shampoo for 3 nights for 2 people). There is no room cleaning service.

Had to book a hôtel because the train back home was cancelled, friendly staff and really good rooms/amenities for the price would come here again
