Carpet filthy and stained. Sheets so thin you can see the mattress through the material. Pillowcases didn't cover the entire pillow. Stains on chairs. Hairs in random places in bathroom. Vanity light in bathroom didn't work. All that being said, the staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. It's a cheap stay, but still overpriced. I'll gladly stay across the street and pay more for a clean room. I have zero clue how it gets decent reviews.

Pros - comfortable and clean room. So quiet on 3rd floor. Good bathroom lighting. The normal breakfast selections were ok but no fruit. Cons - we actually ran shower water 15 minutes (not exaggerating) to get warm water. People in next room had same warm water issue and their room had dirty carpet and lamp was falling apart. Not good so we were lucky. In old days we used to look at the room before renting and I believe I’m going to restart doing that.

I always make it a point to plan my stay during travels in Pratt due to this hotel and staff. The rate for the quality and comfy room and other amenities is unbeatable and even includes great breakfast choices in a nice dining area. The grounds outside are well lit and maintained too. It is not downtown so if you don’t have a car it is a long hike for Food or shopping. If you like TV- the screen is huge & lots of channel options. I did not use the pool but I think they have one which is always a big deal if you are traveling with Children.

I’m shocked at all of the positive reviews. I was in and out many times and never once saw a staff member at the front desk. When my wife checked us in, she had to dial zero to get a desk clerk to come to check her in. No body there when we went to check out. No hot water in the morning for a shower. Carpet tiles in the room were displaced. Shelves in the bathroom were pulled from the wall and hanging. Glass doors in the shower were spotted like they were not cleaned from the previous stay. The TV controls didn’t work well, kept getting an error that channels weren’t available and got so fed up I just turned the TV off. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a very long time and I stay in hotels about 150 nights a year as I travel for work.

Great place to stay. I would stay here again, and probably will. This hotel used to be another hotel chain's. Owner wants to make Flag Point Inn & Suites a chain. I would be in favor of staying at another if this happens. Their hot breakfast is very good.

The room was nice and roomy. We were in Pratt for my wife's knee replacement. Wanted to really like this hotel but they put us on the 2nd floor where apparently there were kids staying. Unaware and uninformed there is a button on the outside of the room that activates a bright light and a very loud noise. The unruly kids found the button and our sleep before surgery was not good. This issue wiped out any good things I could say. Who in their right minds put a doorbell in a motel room.

What a great hotel!!! The beds were oh so comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and not the same every day. Something for everyone! Pool and hot tub and meeting room if needed. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone in the area and I will be returning next year as well. ......coffee, tea, juices, bagels, rolls, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cream cheese and so on....does it make you hungry?????

5 star rating from us. Manager Samantha was very personable and helpful. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was excellent and staff there very friendly. Pricing reasonable. Highly recommend it.
