The room has very good view of the lake. The service was good. Staffs were friendly.

Awesome location near central Toyako Onsen. Room had gorgeous lake view and onsen was spacious and well-maintained. Only thing is that the hotel is a bit dated and mattresses were a bit thin.

Near the main street, easy access to the bus stop to Sapporo. Nice location, can see the nice view of the Lake Toya.

Very good location facing lake Toya. You can see the fireworks right in your room. But it was a little smelly.

Room had a good view of the lake. Very busy hotel with foreign tourists and tour groups. No local tourists spotted. Dinner and breakfast was average and did not exceed expectations. Seems like a run of the mill hotel that caters to tour groups. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

Good for family. We enjoy very much the food, view and hot spring there. Highly recommended.

Very old hotel, room was not very clean. Location was great, near the bus stop with a convenient store across the road. You're paying for the view of Lake Toya from the room. Overall hardware and service were lacking. Way overpriced product.

My room is facing lake Toya with full view. Breakfast and dinner are good. Overall is good. Will come back again

It was a cozy room and the onsen was quite big with multiple segments. I just didn’t think the food was good (i had better at the other business hotels i stayed at. However staff was friendly and multilingual and the gift shop made it convenient to buy souvenirs from the area!
