Let say this hotel is one of the best hotels I've experienced in Japan. Big room and big bathtub. Many choices of restaurants, especially, for breakfast. This hotel has the peaceful lobby and peaceful music where we can see the view of foggy and snow.

Good service. Excellent view from the lake view room. Staffs are helpful.

Very good environment and service. Although the location is quite far away, you can enjoy the great view of nature instead. Highly recommended for relaxation.

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

The hotel is facing the ocean. We took part in the ski course. Perfect experience! It provides shuttle buses to and from JR station and Lake Toya.

Hotel is established and good in Toya region. However, location is a bit remote. U need to rely on the train and buses to go to the skiing resorts like Niseko if you don’t have private transportation.

We have a lake view room and it worths every penny! The onsen is soothing.

Good Onsen But outdoor onsen only avaible for one day each men or woman

Activities are not easy to book, they should provide for information for tourist

The location is very supreme. The dinner is a bit too expensive

View surrounding the hotel is amazing, a serene place for retreat. Practically we just check in and check out the hotel without leaving the hotel itself. Do bring some snacks along for the stay.
