Beautiful business hotel in the heart of Toyama next to the station. Convenient to walk to different parks and restaurants nearby.

Good location, nearby Toyama station, shopping mall and restaurants. Although the hotel do provide laundry service, but we still prefer to self-service to wash our clothes ourselves.

New hotel, beside main station, lots of great food, staff very friendly, speaks good english. Room clean n new

We were at Toyama to visit Tetayama Kurobe Alpine Road. Doubletree by Hilton is just located diagonally opposite Toyama-Dandetsu train station. Next to the hotel is a new shopping mall, Maroot. Beside the hotel there is a convenient shop, Lawson, the hotel is very convenient and close to many aminities. What I like the most about the hotel, on top of room cleanliness, they provide water from the Alps, Mt. Tateyama which the hotel call it “Taste the difference”. Although Lawson is just next to the hotel which I can get all sorts of drinking water but I drink only the “mountain water”. It is absolutely amazing to have such fresh drinking Alps Water provided free to the hotel guests! Kudos to the management for such considerate arrangement.

Brand new hotel in front of Toyama station, just 200mtr walk distance accross city tram rail. Hotel position in front of Excel Hotel Tokyu.

The hotel location is convenient as it is near Toyama Station and there are restaurants, supermarkets and malls nearby. The hotel looks very new and clean. I couldn't give the service 5 stars as one of counter staff is not very friendly when we asked about car park. However, there is this lady who speaks good America English, she is very friendly and helpful.

After a double reservation mistake, service counter got me to pay twice instead acting as an understanding and customer satisfaction centered organization.

Took a day trip to Toyama and decided to stay in this hotel. It was perfectly situated beside the train station and also a tram that takes you around the city. Very comfortable hotel close to shops and restaurants. Perfect hotel to stay in if you take the hida sightseeing train to toyama and you are looking for somewhere to stay for a night.

This is a new hotel and is very clean. JR station just a 2 to 3 walking distance. Onsen place is very small though

Good value and we have enjoyed our 3 days stay so much that we extended another day. We have 3 paxes and the third bed is set with good mattress on the sofa bed so that all of us have comfortable bed. Thumbs up for location, price, cleanliness, maintenance and onsen. They provides Crabtree and Evelyn(R) bath amenities.
