Yuraku Kinosaki Spa & Gardens recensioner

Please book this hotel if you go to Kinosaki Onsen! The staff was really amazing. They were all super friendly and nice and always put so much effort in making our stay enjoyable. Big thanks to Kairi for explaining everything so well and always being patient with us. Also thanks to Tomoki for the great service. We loved our stay there so much we would love to come back here again when we visit Japan again! Also loved the town itsself and all the Onsen. The hotel itsself also gives you public Onsen as well as private ones that you can book in advance. They were amazing too. The food included in our Halfboard was also amazing! Loved everything here! Garden view from our room was so relaxing and great as well!

My room are newly renovated; it has a toilet but without a shower in the room, but need to share the public shower or spa area. The location is a bit off from the main spa road with eateries.

酒店非常適合自駕遊，酒店員工態度友善。 酒店設有私人風呂，供客人預約使用。反而大浴場面積比較細小晚餐及早餐食物豐富，下次會再入住此間酒店。

老牌温泉酒店，在稍微裏面一點，不過非常安靜。門口還有賣松葉蟹可以打9折，可以打包快遞。 不得不誇一下酒店的蟹料理晚餐，水準非常高，連甜品都在線，已經吃的很飽很飽，但是因為太好吃了，最後把米飯和pasta都吃完了，酒水性價比也很高，松葉蟹季節值得住一次。湯泉有好幾個，有預約的，也是空閑就能去的私湯也有公湯，泡個湯放鬆一下很舒服。

服務很好，會説英文。 晚餐也好吃就是要吃比較久。建議早點入住，這樣可以先泡温泉再吃。 孩子很開心。

酒店服務不錯，温泉環境好，步行十分鐘可到兩家公共温泉。旺中帶靜。
