The hot spring environment is average, it doesn't feel like a Japanese garden, and the rockery and stone lamps are lacking. The food is a buffet, which is generally qualified. The environment is average. There are no surprises, but it's not bad.

This is the highlight of our trip ! The room is spacious with nice river view . The buffet is the most satisfying meal my son has in Japan !

Overall service is okay, location a bit far away from JR station. There are some construction works in progress nearby hotel , it’s not convenient for tourists to walk and from the hotel and other hot springs or even JR station. Other facilities , like karaoke, kids games areas are good.  Buffet breakfast and dinner quality overall is ok

The hotel is a bit old style  As a Onsen hotel - the facilities ; Elevators should have hand rail or / and a seat inside the lift to allow older adults to hold on or in case of fainting occur !  There should be towels inside the spa area instead of asking customers to bring along the towel to & back to room ! There should be towels available inside the spa area !  The free transportation starting from 4 o’clock till 9:30 is good but it would be better if the free transportation can start a little bit earlier say I’m 12  The hotel staff are where we helpful and where we polite thank you !

Great experience with free flow of sake and tidbits. Super family and kids friendly. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay with my husband, mum and auntie. It is a short walk to the main street and it gets pretty dark at night. Alternatively, just take the shuttle bus which departs every 30min in the evening, last bus out is 930pm. The hotel provides free onsen pass to the outside onsens. But u could also enjoy the onsen within the hotel, it's already really pretty. Breakfast spread is amazing I was so overwhelmed by by choices

Good Hotel for taking a rest , free drink at Lobby hotel but hotel quieted far from Onsen street and JR station. Long queue when you check in. You have to pay for shuttle bus back to Kinosaki station even though you're hotel guest. Hotel price is too high if compare with facilities of hotel. Dinner charge is included in hotel option but you cannot eat King crab , you have to pay more if you need.

The car park is big. It’s convenient to drive there. The room is spacious. If there’s a bath room inside the room is perfect.  The dinner & breakfast buffets are perfect with lots of variety of food.

It is a bit far from the JR station, but the hotel offers shuttle bus services to the main street and the "Seven Public Baths” and free to entry the 7 public Onsen The buffet dinner is incredibly delicious with a wide variety of food, and the quality is high! A bit far from public onsen but not too hard for waking. Dinner & breakfast were buffeted by variety style. The hotel onsen was very beautiful and their facilities were great. Luv this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Clean and convenient location indeed.

The room is so spacious. I have booked 3 rooms, but turn out 1 room had a strong cigarette smell. The staffs changed the new room for us immediately. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style and both are so good. The soft cream at restaurant reminded me of childhood softcream. They also provided free bar both day and night time. The staffs are so nice and polite. Love this place. Will definitely go back again.

The hotel is located 5 mins drive away from the most busy onsen street where the 7 historic public baths are located. The hotel gives us a voucher for unlimited free access to all these 7 baths during our stay. They also offer free snacks, beer, coffee throughout the day and has a very big lounge for customers to gather together. The buffet dinner offers good sashimi (common fishes) and their tempura comes out in white colour which means they do not use aging oil to fry. Though the food is common shrimp, sweet potatoes…., the way they handle food is very much appreciated. With around ¥30,000 a night for 2 people with half board, I have no complaints.

Heavy storm has disrupted our plan. We had to canceled one night on the day. Hotel staff was very understanding and helpful for taking care of the cancellation and refund. Appreciated!!
