Thanks for making us feel so welcome! Your hotel is top-notch. We were so impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service we received from your staff. Your team is clearly well-trained and passionate about hospitality. (Nang and Rose who take care of us) We'll be sure to come back and recommend your hotel. And we especially enjoyed the lounge on 3rd floors, breakfast, dinner and room during our stay.

Very convenient, just few min walk from station, convenient shop is at the opposite side. Although it's a small hotel, the room is spacious and well equipped. They not only have their own personal onsen but also provide free voucher for outside onsens. The service is excellent. All staffs are so polite and can communicate in English. The greatest is the midnight bar which serves with free wines /drinks and snacks till 2am

The hotel has a wonderful vibe. The location is great, the service is lovely, and the dinner was yummy. The extra little gift was a really nice surprise that made the stay memorable. I really liked the free drinks and snacks on the 3rd floor - it was a super chill spot. I'll be telling my friends about this place, and I can't wait to come back with my family. I'm super appreciative of the fantastic experience.

帶着媽媽去旅行，城崎温泉♨絕對是最驚喜的選擇，酒店更是！特別感謝服務人員玫瑰和GouGou，雖然語言不通，但是非常有耐心的用翻譯器一一解答。重點表揚一下酒店的餐食，早晚餐安排特別棒！有圖為證！酒店的環境也沒得説，整潔又有品位。總之，很棒的旅行，感恩遇見！

我是帶爸爸媽媽旅遊的。酒店的服務非常熱情，真的感受到了賓至如歸。 下午入住的時候，有免費的下午茶。 晚上吃晚飯有松葉蟹+但馬牛肉，還有非常好吃的冰淇淋！ 小鎮的温泉我去了御所之湯，一之湯，都不錯。 酒店的小温泉也泡了，一個人獨自泡的感受非常好！ 酒店非常推薦！一泊兩食，我們住的一晚人民幣含税4135元。 日本的小鎮真心不錯，人少，景色美，節奏也沒那麼快！

酒店很新，內部裝修富藝術感，但店內溫泉較細，去外溫浸較有風味，餐食尚可以仍有改善空間。自駕入住旅宿，沒有免費泊車服務。

酒店裝潢很新穎，房間設備新，但房間內只有洗手間，沒有淋浴閘，要到1/F的private onsen才可以淋浴，酒店有提供public onsen pass 可以去試用外面的六個不同public onsen ；最值得一提的是酒店有提供很好看的和服外套…員工都很helpful & welcoming , 晚間還有free drinks corner, overall住宿 體驗不錯

温泉旅館隔城崎温泉火車站步行約5分鐘，挨着地藏湯，地理位置很好。所有的接待人員服務熱情周到，儀式感滿滿，房間裝修新，設施非常現代齊備，連加濕器備用的都是温泉水。入住的儀式感滿滿，贈送很有特色的下午茶，酒店的私湯也很好，冬天配備的是香橙温泉，還有很貼心的冰茶供泡湯時飲用。但餐食品質不錯，但種類不多，算不上懷石料理，一點小小的bug 吧。

服務親切，有設計感的酒店。晚餐＆夜間mini bar的多款酒水飲料，全部都是自由選取，無需另外加價。
