Very professional staff and perfect atmosphere Excellent room Pleasant setting Spacious hotel, large swimming pool, gym and full palm garden.... Good restaurant 😋 with a lot of varieties... The quantity has a name The best host in the Tozeur area

I was very upset when we have to get up very early in the morning on 21 Oct 2024 to the desert tour and the staff serving us try to push his body behind me by the hot water machine and when i try to move more forward to avoid him, he just move his lower body closer and move across my lower body and make contact to my lower body !!! He was so discuss and then he still do the same to other single female in the group!!! I don't remember his name but he is definitely delibrately doing so and not the first time, he was the only one in the dinning area and he for sure will do it again since he think he can always get away with it when he see us in a hurry and will not want to delay our sun rise tour!!! what a shame!! and i really hope the hotel managment can reach out to do something!!!

Lovely lobby and lots of stairs - outside to hotel and to first floor to access restaurant and pool area Large indoor and outdoor pool (towels available ftom reception not at the pool). Buffet dinner was excellent. Many salads and vegetable choices. Omelet station at breakast. Rooms were dated, but everything worked well. Including the safe.

This was one of our favorite hotels of our trip through Tunisia! Absolutely lobby area with so many cozy places to sit and relax and enjoy the wifi. One thing to keep in mind is that the wifi is only available in the very large lobby and adjoining areas BUT there are plenty of private and comfortable places to sit with your phone, tablet or laptop, so it really isn't a big inconvenience in my opinion, especially since everything else about this hotel was great! There is a large gift shop with lots to choose from at very good prices. Some other people in our group walked a short distance down the road to what they said was a very nice grocery store. The dinner and breakfasts here were some of the best of our trip and the service was great! Our room was clean, comfortable and modern, however there weren't many outlets so I was glad to have brought a plug adapter that gave us several additional outlets and USB charging ports. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathroom too. Just be careful getting in and out of the bathtub as there wasn't anything to securely grab onto and could potentially be dangerous if you slip. We were very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone who will be in this area.

Staff are extremely nice, the place is clean but old. One of the best experience in Tunis. The food was decent and waiters very polite and well spoken Nice pool and bar and very close to attractions I would go back again and would recommend it to my friends as well

Palm Beach Palace Tozeur, was used as a base for our recent film production. We had the best time and service. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The manager made our lives very comfortable understanding the needs we had as a production and assisting in whatever way he could. From hot packed dinners per room, every night to opening up a conference room for our fittings, production needs and much more. The food was great , with certain nights having Tunisian specialities to try on the buffet. The rooms are spacious with a shower over bath, and air conditioning in all rooms. This was a very pleasant stay.

Unprofessional staff. After two nights in the hotel, When I was leaving, I found my car left mirror broken. I told the reception and the security. They told me they will take care and the insurance will pay you. After days, every day I was calling the director and the security. They didn’t do anything and I realized that they were lying. They are simply unprofessional and not responsables. I advise to not visit this hotel.

The hotel was comfortable enough. The beds were reasonable. They had a bathtub and shower. The biggest problem for me was that the rooms did not have internet. Nor could anyone get the internet in the dining room while you were having breakfast or dinner. The buffet breakfast was average.

-At our arrival our booking did not show in the hotel system. -We stayed at the reception desk about 3 hours and we were very angry and tires after a long trip from Tunis. -At the beginning the reception staff didn’t give us any solution at all. -After many discussions and phone calls to the travel agency we booked and paid with, and after its confirmation that our booking is done correctly as usually and that the hotel is responsible pf that problem, the reception staff gave us finally a room but just for one might, in spite of our 2-night booking. -When the staff discovered that it is the hotel fault, they became more flexible and promised to prolonge our stay tomorrow, what it was done indeed. After this bad starting, we were actually disappointed. -The room is quite nice but the was any drinking water, kettle, coffee or tea. No tissue in spite of the existence of its holder. -The furniture is used. -No room service in the hotel. -The bath in the bathroom is rusty and there is a risk of slipping when getting out of it. - The lobby is vey nice, calm and spacious and you can use wi-fi with ease since it is not available in the rooms. -Food is good with a good variety with a good service. - people are nice and cooperative.
