I'm a regular in Benners staying about 4 times a year for football matches. The location is perfect for me as it's close to the train station , the stadium and only a couple of minutes walk to the shops. The O Sullivan family are blessed with the staff they have at Benners, the welcome and service from each and every one makes it a very special place to stay.

NEVER AGAIN Hi iv just left Benners hotel Tralee . After having my breakfast and at 12.95 i have to say Value for money it was the worst breakfast iv ever had ....i might have guest when there was only two people in there . first when it came the 2 slices of toast were just sat on top of the meal no side plate to put it on so laid it on the napkin . Next the mushrooms i think they were cooked and left from last weekend all black and shriveled . The eggs were very under cooked still very clear whites .The sausages my little fingers are bigger . And finally the plate was very cold so it cooled anything that was warm . Never again would i go there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone . Sorry Benners you need to have a word with your chef .

A lovely location in the centre of Tralee, a very warm welcome when we arrived, the lady on reception was knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was quiet, very clean and had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was first class with fantastic service. All in all a perfect stay or as the locals say it was "grand" :)

Unassuming from the outside, lovely and cozy from the inside, perfectly located in the centre of Tralee. This is what Benners Hotel looks like . Irish hospitality and generosity in the heart of Kingdom. Welcoming staff at reception desk, you know from the very beginning that you are awaited guest. You can start off with a pint in a lovely pub just right behind the reception desk. Or you can relax for a moment in a cozy lobby looking through an album or book from their library. Or you can proceed to the room which is nice and restful with impeccable bathroom and comfortable bed. There’s a tea/coffee tray in each room and ironing board on request. Full Irish breakfast in the morning is just the icing on the cake. In a nutshell- it’s second to none.

The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was excellent. The location was very central and the room was comfortable. Very helpful at reception and in the dining room. Will definitely stay there again.only a fiver minute walk to bus station.

I was glad to get this last-minute booking at a reasonable rate. Our double bed was small, but an image had been shown with the price offered. Lovely power shower. At breakfast the next morning, my partner was delighted to get two eggs with his mini breakfast, while I had the muesli and yoghurt. They forgot the berries, but supplied them when I asked. A lovely waitress.

Loved this hotel, right in the center. Wonderful place to sit with a drink and catch up on some reading. Old style armchairs, an atmosphere of historical charming care and a very up to date food menu. Five minute walk from train and bus station. The staff were lovely, genuine concern and smiles. Definitely my hotel should I ever return.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Benners. From my arrival time to my departure time. I'm always looked after very well. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. Rooms are always well maintained very comfortable and warm. Service in the bar is very professional.
