Well-appointed holiday cottage that offers everything the heartdesires of activities and recreational opportunities. The house islocated approx. 800 m from the water. The house is very spacious andwell dimensioned and built around two separate sleeping quarters.Each department has a bathroom and there is an additional bathroom inthe pool area. A total of 3 bathrooms, all with shower and heatedfloors. All 7 bedrooms and thee mezzanine have box mattresses. Extra cot for the small ones. There isunderfloor heating throughout the house.Dining/living room istastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV,lounge area and wood-burning stove. There are 2 high chairs.The large pool area features a large swimming pool, sauna, shower andwhirlpool for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day you can slipinto the large whirlpool or get them in the sauna.On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you comeinto activity room where you can play a game of billiards at the pooltable. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis or tablefootball. Even stereo, PlayStation and flat screen are installed in theactivity room.Outside there is also a sandpit and swings for the children. Large, openterrace as well as a covered - perfect for a nice barbecue with familyand friends.Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
