Hotel Vittoria

checkin（入住）了旅館後， 發現這個酒店的住宿環境非常糟糕， 完全無法睡眠， 而且窗户全部封死， 完全不符合預訂的承諾和照片， 額外的噪音也讓我們難以入睡， 我們衹能決定在12點之前退房換旅館

Pet friendly hotel in the heart of Trapani. Clean and modern interiors. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel Vittoria is situated strategically for those of us who are on their way to the ferry (to Favignana). Breakfast is in included. The hotel does not have a parking area, but there is a parking lot in front of it. A bit pricey but would go again.

I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. I adore everything about this super hotel. Thank You for being so special, hotel Vittoria. All'arrivo i tappeti esterni dell'ingresso erano sporchi, camera grande vista palazzo, colazione sufficiente , cena senza scelta da mensa (premetto che facevo parte di un gruppo in tour ), non lontano dal centro città e dal mare, struttura datata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo stupendo albergo, con un gruppo. ottima la posizione e centralissimo nella città.. Che dire della ristorazione? Cibo perfetto e tipicamente siciliano, grazie anche alle mani magiche della Chef Rosanna. Fiore all'occhiello di questa bellissima struttura, il super cameriere Piero B. che con la sua professionalità, ci ha servito sia a cena che a colazione. Accoglienza del cliente, Sorriso, cura della clientela, schersoso e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Non ci ha servito a tutto il gruppo tutte le sere che abbiamo cenato o fatto colazione, ma le poche volte che ci ha servito, ci accoglieva nel bellissimo ristorante, con un sorriso ed una accoglienza da 5 stelle. Abbiamo girato, con il nostro tour, diversi alberghi di questa meravigliosa Sicilia, ma non dimenticheremo mai Trapani e dell'Hotel Vittoria. Continuate cosi. I clienti non vengono mai primi! I dipendenti sono al primo posto. Se ti prenderai cura dei tuoi dipendenti, loro stessi si prenderanno cura dei tuoi clienti. Un complimento alla gestione e direzione dell?'Hotel Vittoria, per il personale professionale che ha!!!

Hôtel moyenne gamme, les chambres sont correctes mais les salles de bain sont à revoir : vieillissantes, la douche est un pommeau fixe où la moitié des trous sont bouchés ! Impossible de se doucher sans se mouiller les cheveux ni s’en inonder le sol … pour preuve la porte toute gondolée ! Par contre, le personnel est très sympathique aussi bien à l’accueil que pour le petit déjeuner. Service de café à table, crêpes et omelettes faites à la minute, à l’accueil conseil pour les visites. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Parking en face de l’hôtel. Plage en face de l’hôtel également.

Posizione centralissima, si può disporre di un ampio parcheggio pubblico di fronte, molto comodo, a pagamento. Personale molto cortese, colazione abbondante e varia. Camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, dotate di zanzariere. C’è anche un ristorante ma se si vuole ci sono numerose alternative non distanti.

La posizione dell’hotel è strategica, vicinissimo al mare ( spiaggia libera e lidi attrezzati) e a due passi dal centro storico. Le camere sono accoglienti e confortevoli, la cena per noi che avevamo la mezza pensione è stata all’altezza. Migliorerei la colazione, sono sicura che la brava chef può renderla più varia. Il personale sempre disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Di sicuro tornerei qui per una prossima visita a Trapani.
