Everything excellent, parking available 8-24 only, what might be problem when needed to have car before 8.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Trapani. Easy walking to town, sea; lots of restaurants & shops. Nice size room & bathroom. Quiet. Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent cappuccino & nice breakfast buffet. One Suggestion: refresh the extra blanket in closet. Recommend!

Genuinely a lovely little hotel that is a little hide-away from the masses. Its a 3 star but deserves more. Location is initially a little tricky to find (be brave!), but literally 2 minutes from everything. That doesn't mean it's noisy by any stretch of the imagination. It is very much a little haven. Rooms are lovely and well appointed, they appeared to be relatively new in decoration and did not appear worn. Staff are super helpful and a huge compliment to the hotel. We used their valet parking as we were driving around and using Trapani as a base for a few days. Breakfast was very basic, but to be honest you're so close to everything you don't need to eat there.

We booked 2 rooms last minute for 1 night as we were headed over to Favignana but didn't want it to become a tour the force and this turned out to be the best treat. Staff is lovely and very accomodating, we could leave our buggage early, they have a vallet system for your car (at cost of course) which makes it very easy for you to explore about. The hotel renovation is tasteful and comfortable, it was in the centre but silence at night and with perfectly functioning and silent aircon to keep the summer heat at bay. Lots of attention to details in the room decor and beautiful area for breakfast trapani was a lovely surprise with great atmosphere at night, great restaurants, churches and more to explore.

New spaces - fresh and neat. Parking was a problem, the rooms are cramped, although the bathrooms were large. The rooms are extremely noisy – – no sound insulation at all. It seems, and a light sleeper would be awakened by the sounds of the mechanical systems, etc..

Hotel San Michele is a terrific place to stay for a few days. The room was spacious and well appointed with a small balcony. The separate bathroom was large and also had a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The staff were nice and helpful. A lovely buffet breakfast was also available at an additional cost of $10 per person in the ground floor dining area. The only downsides were the hotel was a little hard to find (but google got us there), and parking was a hassle with metered street parking only available.

Very nice hotel hidden away in the back allies of Trapani. From the street you’ll not realize what’s hidden inside but it’s nice. The woman hosting both during our check-in and check-out was very friendly and helpful. The room had both a comfortable bed and large bathroom, something that’s been missing in most of our lodgings in Sicily. The breakfast was standard European set-up but is extra. There’s also “valet” parking that’s also extra. I’d stay here again

Amazing experience. The staff was super welcoming from the get-go, and really went out of their way to make me feel at home. The hotel is beautifully maintained, my room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect. It's smack in the middle of Trapani, so I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. It's surrounded by amazing trattorias and cafes.. you can't go wrong here.

Positives -Beautiful room and quite newly decorated -Lovely staff -Great breakfast for gluten free -quiet Negatives -air conditioning is centrally controlled and according to the night manager can only be set at 21 degrees at its lowest. - after noting at 1 am that the temperature was 23.5 he agreed to lower it but unfortunately by morning it was 23.8. I think it is fair to conclude it doesn’t work. -he did offer to move me to a smaller room, however that was 24.6 and I decided not to take the chance in case the air conditioning did not work. I think I was right. If they can introduce individual room air conditioners I think they would have a fabulous hotel. Or alternatively it will be nice in winter.
