Look, I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews, I am not even in the habit of writing good reviews but after a lot of thought, I had to in this case. The rooms were very dirty, we moved our beds together and the hairballs and dust underneath the beds was very nasty. My wife took a shower during one of the nights and the shower drain was so blocked that the bathroom overfilled with water, thankfully it didn't flow in to the room itself, but I had to empty the drain myself because the lady was only one there. Afterwards when I came downstairs with the blockage in a bag (hairs from the past 2 months if not longer, judging by the smell) then she claimed she could've done it. She was meant to write it in her report but when I approched the front desk the day after the employee in question didn't and after all this trouble, they didn't even do anything and just ignored the issue. I even took pictures of the drainage, but I won't post them here for the sake of other users. In the hallway where you go up to the rooms there are a few homeless people that cannot apparently be kicked out, Which yes, they have to have someplace to sleep, but when they start harassing people or fighting each other there isn't even any security provided by the hotel.

There is almost no offer in Trelleborg, few restaurants and Bad ones. Avoid it of you can. Rooms are outside the Hotel. Rooms are located side by side with compagnies offices, which is really wierd. No intimacy.

30-4-2022 Bezoek gebracht aan het hotel om wat te drinken en te dineren. UITSTEKENDE SERVICE! Vriendelijk ontvangen, goed geholpen met vragen mbt ferry, onze 2 hondjes werden keurig verzorgd en voorzien van water, goed eten, en zelfs nog een snoeppakketje voor de honden gekregen.
