Look, I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews, I am not even in the habit of writing good reviews but after a lot of thought, I had to in this case. The rooms were very dirty, we moved our beds together and the hairballs and dust underneath the beds was very nasty. My wife took a shower during one of the nights and the shower drain was so blocked that the bathroom overfilled with water, thankfully it didn't flow in to the room itself, but I had to empty the drain myself because the lady was only one there. Afterwards when I came downstairs with the blockage in a bag (hairs from the past 2 months if not longer, judging by the smell) then she claimed she could've done it. She was meant to write it in her report but when I approched the front desk the day after the employee in question didn't and after all this trouble, they didn't even do anything and just ignored the issue. I even took pictures of the drainage, but I won't post them here for the sake of other users. In the hallway where you go up to the rooms there are a few homeless people that cannot apparently be kicked out, Which yes, they have to have someplace to sleep, but when they start harassing people or fighting each other there isn't even any security provided by the hotel.

the room was fine, breakfast OK. The receptionist was sweet and helpful. BUT ...Stayed there from 22 tto 24 juli 2022. The room was fine and quiet. Breakfast was fine as the other stays at your hotels in Sweden. But...I am sad to say on the 2nd evening at dinner we found a small catepillar in 1 salad with beetroot and feta...we told 1 of the personel this and gave him the plate first he was like he couldnt see the little worm until it moved...then he just said "thank you"? After 10 minutes he came to our table and tried to explain it was "normal" with insects in a salad? We didnt see anybody taking the salad dish away from the buffet so nobody else would get the same problem...and also nobody offered us a compensation, like a sorry and a glas of wine .I am a member at your hotelgroup and would appreciate some kind of thank you or maybe compensation by some points....I am not sure that the health authorities would have liked finding a worm in the food....best regards Elsebeth

I had stayed at this hotel previously, prior to it being renovated and becoming a Clarion Collection. The hotel is now much improved with the ground floor cosy welcoming bar with some outdoor seating too, and an improved breakfast offering. The hotel is located in the same building as the ferry check in, making it a great place for travellers by ship. Worth noting that the Seaview rooms, may get some harbour noise if the windows are open. Although this is reducing as the harbour expands and the ships are further away.

There is almost no offer in Trelleborg, few restaurants and Bad ones. Avoid it of you can. Rooms are outside the Hotel. Rooms are located side by side with compagnies offices, which is really wierd. No intimacy.

Hotel is right in front of the harbour. I could park just outside the entrance at extra cost. The hotel clearly not very new but this was not my problem. My room was very sad (see picture) but I can live with that, what annoyed me was the costant noise coming from embarking and disembarking of ships just outside my window. Hundreds of trucks until midnight and then again early morning. Standard breakfast, check in and check out quick and smooth, nice staff

Tolles Hotel direkt am Fährhafen. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Sehr freundlicher Service. Zimmer einfach aber funktionell ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel vorhanden, muss aber extra bezahlt werden, da er nicht zum Hotel gehört.

30-4-2022 Bezoek gebracht aan het hotel om wat te drinken en te dineren. UITSTEKENDE SERVICE! Vriendelijk ontvangen, goed geholpen met vragen mbt ferry, onze 2 hondjes werden keurig verzorgd en voorzien van water, goed eten, en zelfs nog een snoeppakketje voor de honden gekregen.

das hotel liegt direkt am fährhafen und es hat keine eigenen parkplätze. übers wochenende kann ganz in der nähe kostenlos parkiert werden. das standard doppelzimmer im 3. stock hat uns nicht gefallen. ein kleines fenster zur stadtseite machte den raum sehr düster. es hatte zwei einzelbetten und teppichboden. nach einem upgrade in den 6. stock hatten wir einen schönen ausblick über den fährhafen und das zimmer war hell und modern eingerichtet. das bad war schön gross. der kleine aufpreis lohnte sich auf jeden fall. das frühstück liess keine wünsche offen. auch das einfache abendessen schmeckte an beiden abenden. trelleborg ist ein kleines dorf und hat nicht sehr viel zu bieten. richtung malmö gibt es jedoch sehr schöne strände.
