Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport recensioner

The hotel is near Terminal 3 and next to Rossi Bus Station. This is the second time we stay here. We arrived early at 7 am. Room wasn’t ready. So, we left our luggage at the hotel then took 50 minutes train to Paris city center to visit Notre Dame. Hotel room was clean , bed was comfortable. We ate dinner at hotel. The food was good with the reasonable price.

It was fine. Just for an overnight layover and right by terminal 3 so it’s walkable and doesn’t cost anything. Service wasn’t anything exceptional. Not great value.

Close to Terminal and the chech in process was smooth. The room is spacious, a decent Hilton hotel, not like other airport hotels. On the night I stayed, there was a wedding and guests taking photos

Pls help me. Pls I am a customer who use it to room 242 on April 13 and checked out at 8 a.m. on April 14 (I put room card in the check-out box). (I registered my room as Jua Shin). When I finished immigration at the airport at 10 a.m., my daughter cried and cried a lot saying that she left the Pandora blacelete next to the bathtub. At 10 a.m., it was enough time to find the bracelet I left behind because it was still before the staff cleaned it. I don't understand that I haven't found the bracelet yet I called the hotel immediately and the person in charge told me to request it by e-mail, so I called and sent e-mail several times yesterday and today, Mail address is duty.manager@hiltonchalresdegaulle.com but I didn't hear any answer. It is a precious bracelet that I can't make up for the price of my memory that I bought and saved every time my daughter has 2 years of pocket money. Please find it. It is very painful to see my daughter crying even after coming home. Please help me. Pls sens my email ( ***************** or *****************)

Location is very isolated and night time the path to hotel is hard accessible in the dark , can see the rats around the area

Rather grand for an airport hotel. Easily accessible with large clean rooms.

Was quite surprised to be asked for a deposit of 100 euros when I arrived, since I had already paid the full booking ahead. My booking was for a room including breakfast. On departure, I was refunded only 67 euros and told by the staff that I had to pay a supplement for breakfast which didn't make sense? Also the shower water was not warm, almost cold - left me shaking for hours, not very convenient for winter in Paris. Hope you will consider my feedback xx

Is a typical deluxe hotel but location will be great if you are attending trade show nearby or on an early flight out like I do in this trip. Reception services is so so but conceige staff is great!! Would come back to this again for the location and conceige services.

Was initially given a wrong room but was quickly verified to be wrong room number. Spacious room with ample space to pack our luggages. Comfortable bed which I fell asleep quickly.

Walkable from the RER B station and CDGVAL. For some reason, the rate at Trip is like almost half price than other sites so I just booked it. Front desk recognised my HH Gold and gave me lounge access but no points or nights clocked.

I love this hotel so much. The location is right next to the airport Terminal 3. The staff are very nice and professional. Only the thing they requested the deposit 100$ per night makes me feel not satisfied.
