My wife and I stayed in the Dafne B&B for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and very helpful and responded very promptly to our messages prior to arrival. For those arriving by train, the B&B is very convenient and only 10 minutes walk from the station. The host gave directions before we arrived. However, when you descend the stairs from the station platform to the station subway, do not go to the main entrance and up the stairs – go in the opposite direction and follow her instructions. The house has a separate entrance for guests at the side of the house. We had the room with an external bathroom. This was not a problem for us – and was much cheaper than an ensuite room and very convenient. The booking website made it quite clear that there was an external bathroom so there should be no misunderstanding or incorrect expectation. The bedroom was small and most of room was taken up by an amazing, extra-large and very comfortable bed. I am 6’4” and I could stretch out – a rare luxury! Again, the small room was no problem for us, after all, who wants to spend a lot of time in the room when you are in such an interesting and beautiful area! The bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower. The bedroom, bathroom and other parts of the house were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was taken in the dining room – a very good selection of cereals, bread, meats, cheese, boiled eggs, croissants and jam and tea and coffee. It filled us up very nicely to set up a busy day visiting the sights. The host always came and had a little chat and gave advice about where to go. The dining room had a kitchenette where you can make coffee and tea etc at times other than breakfast. There was also a nice terrace outside the dining room which would be very nice in summer. In the dining room were also two very comfortable sofas – this made up for the lack of sitting space in the room – and was a pleasant space to sit, read and drink coffee. Treviso is an excellent base to explore places such as Venice and Padua – and the Dafne B&B is the perfect location for travelling to these places by train. The town centre is only a 15-20 minutes walk from the B&B. We would highly recommend the Dafne B&B as a place to stay if you wish to explore Venice and the surrounding areas. We felt very relaxed there and the host was excellent and friendly.

Tip on reaching the B&B: Don't exit the train station but take the tunnel (yes the same platform type of tunnel) to reach the B&B. Lovely house close to the train station. A bit tight room for 3 people with private bathroom but a very inviting, big & shared 2nd floor dining room where daily breakfast was served. Breakfast consisted of a wonderful spread of cornetto, salume, cheese, yogurt, fruits, milk, cappucino, etc. You can also use it for your DIY meals (lunch and dinner). It's equipped with a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, etc. If the weather is nice you can even go out onto the large balcony (it was windy & rainy during our stay). There are also 2 small couches in that room as well. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds made, and new towels supplied. There's a refillable bottle of water inside the room with drinking glasses. I have nothing but positive experience thanks to Ivano (& Barbara & her dog), the lovely hosts who made us feel like we were right at home during our stay. I recommend 100%!!!

Ho dovuto trovare in tempi strettissimi una sistemazione a Treviso poiché mio figlio, che lavora a Treviso, era stato ricoverato in ospedale. Sono quindi partito da Roma ed ho individuato questa struttura. Gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari. Camera molto pulita e servizi ottimi. Perfetta la possibilità di parcheggio auto custodito interno.

Abbiamo prenotato grazie alle recensioni tutte molto buone, ed effettivamente sul luogo, la sua posizione non c'è molto da dire sono entrambi aspetti positivi. Ciò che voglio mettere in risalto è un problema che capiterà sicuramente alle altre persone che desiderano andare al Dafne. Per qualche ragione a me " sconosciuta" e anche alla proprietaria, utilizzando in navigatore per raggiungere il luogo sopracitato, INEVITABILMENTE, vi manderà in una località a circa 30 km di distanza da Treviso. Finalmente al nostro arrivo, cercavo di capire quale fosse stato il mio errore, perché non mi capitasse più in futuro, e per poterlo risolvere anche alla proprietaria per i futuri clienti, la sua risposta è stata inequivocabilmente: che a Lei la cosa NON interessava minimamente!!!!!! Io sono rimasta senza parole.

B&B muy bien ubicado, a tiro de piedra de la estación de tren, saliendo desde los andenes por el subterráneo en dirección opuesta al centro de la ciudad, que, por otro lado, queda a apenas unos diez minutos andando. La casa es más que centenaria pero se ha beneficiado de una renovación total, con todo lujo de detalles, añadiendo incluso algunos elementos que raramente se encuentran como las persianas electrónicas. Nuestra habitación tenía el baño dentro pero parece que las otras no lo tienen pues había un baño común exterior. El desayuno, continental, es correcto. Los dueños son muy amables, dándote indicaciones que facilitan los traslados, en particular al aeropuerto que está a unos quince minutos en coche desde allí (pero también se puede ir en autobús público desde la cercana estación). Por otra parte Treviso bien merece una visita, sobre todo el martes de Carnaval cuando celebran un gran desfile de carácter muy popular.
