This is the best hotel in Triambak. Nothing fancy about it but its comfortable and better than staying in dharmshalas of the locality. Room size is adequate, bathrooms are doable, bedsheets are old but they changed to new ones on request. overall the feedback is positive. Har Har Mahadev !!

The good reviews here seem fake. Giving a real detailed review here below :
Slight Pro : location, well built with no infestation.
Cons : Lots...
1. The housekeeping won't provide any towels, toiletries unless you tell them multiple times. Their excuse is that people take towels to pooja and get it dirty. Hotel should manage this instead of not providing the facility, specially when you are charging so high!
2. Highly overpriced : Charging 5-6k for a room per day, while the hotel is not more than 2.5k per day as per its standards.
3. Lift was not operational and still they gave us upper floor rooms, even when they saw parents are here, while rooms at ground floor were empty. We had to fight to get the rooms.
4. Terrible restaurant: The food is so tasteless and so overpriced. We ordered grilled sandwich and they just gave cucumber and potato without any spice, and little chutney just touched to bread. Charging 200 ruppees for a sandwich. Get yourself a reality check!
5. They won't let you dine in-room.
6. Dorm for driver is extra chargeable which hotels give for free.
7. Who provides just a single thin pillow per person when you're charging like a luxury hotel??? You have to ask for everything here!!
8. No kettle in the room!! When asked they said they can only provide for 1 room. You are running a big hotel and having a single kettle???
Avoid booking this stay, get a villa just a few kms ahead for a great stay at lesser price. Or get hotels in temple area itself.

This property doesn't have even a tea/coffe maker inside the rooms. They dnt provide room service, if you want a cleaning done on the same day of check in, it's a BIG NO until, you make them aware, that you being a guest are the one who is paying for his own stay. LOL, you ask for anything extra and people would disappear. Food is below average, no taste. Washrooms were clean, however, duvet provided was full of stains. Lift out of order. Overall experience wasn't that great, but if you are travelling and have an option to skip staying at this place, please do so.

Property is very good. Nice rooms. Good sanitation maintained. But the only drawback there is they have not kept any tea bags kits in the rooms, though electric cattle is there. Even no glass is kept . i have ask 2 times to get small tea glasses to drink water. Reason given that as per temple restrictions no tea bags are allowed. Even in rooms you can't order food. You can order their restaurant to get tea which was all milk based. The food in the restaurant was average but overly priced. Location wise it is in the lane which has no tea stall or dabha/ restaurant within 500 metres distance. so if you are an early ruser or if you have to go yo temple for pooja early morning then it is really troublesome.

BAD HOSPITALITY
I ***** with my family had booked 2 super deluxe rooms in this hotel with a lot of expectations but all were in vain.
Starting with the front desk behaviour that was absolutely like a monopolistic approach.It was like that they don't require customers. I was really disappointed with the behaviour of the staff handling the reception counter. Due to arguments about bad service, I said that I will cancel the booking then he replied " you can cancel". As far as the service industry is concerned, the customer is God but in this hotel it was absent.
I asked to arrange a meeting with a higher level team for the redressal of my grievances but no one picked up my call and did not revert back the call.
Coming to amenities of rooms whose tariffs were INR 6500 +GST per room. No electric kettle, mini refrigerator was missing, No lamps , Mosquitoes were roaming all around the room but no repellent was provided at all. No sleepers . Not a single pouch of coffee or tea was provided. It seems we had paid the amount just for bed and AC.
No complimentary breakfast.
Swimming pool times are restricted and made available between 10Am to 5Pm only. It seems that they want their customers to burn their skin at noon. It was shocking, indeed.
I strongly don't recommend booking this hotel .

Air conditioner was not working in our room. It’s a very basic amenity in a hotel like 3 star category.The technician came twice and set AC temperature at 16 degrees and then asked us to wait for some time.But it didn’t work at all. we had requested for room change but they didn’t respond.

Though hotel was clean & well maintained but still it doesn’t provide the basic amenities like Tea / Coffee maker in the room, besides charging a handsome amount for the stay. Breakfast was also not included.
