Hôtel Restaurant Lamy

1) easy to find located on the edge of the town on the main road. Parking difficult, small spaces and people don't park well ! 2) Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly 3) room 7 - small and clean, but bed very firm. No air-conditioning and fan provided was extremely noisy 4) food.... we didn't know we had to book a table.to eat, so had to go to the restaurant area for food rather than the bar. Our spare ribs were NOT good extremely tough and basically inedible. At checkout we were offered a reduction. Local wine was excellent and breakfast was adequate. All in all a mixed bag review.

What a nice hotel! Very clean & fresh. Good restaurant. Best of all was the personal, Ms Anastasia that made us feel so welcome. Thank you Anastasia! Also thank you to the morning personnel the lady from Brasil. (Restaurant personnel was ok)

On a trip around in Europe, including a stay in an Ibis Budget, and this was the most disappointing. We paid over €20 extra for a 'comfort room'. It was a roof conversion. Boiling hot: No air-con and the only window was in the roof above the bed, which we couldn't open due to rain. Reception told us it had a 'garden view' - the only way to look out of the window was by standing on the bed. No mirror in the room, except the one on the bathroom ceiling. No shower curtain or screen, and nowhere in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. TV is advertised as having Netflix and streaming services. It had neither. Mentioned all this to reception when checking out, but they simply thanked us for the feedback. On the plus side though, it is very clean and the staff and drinks in the Irish pub downstairs were lovely!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet établissement. La chambre était très propre et le personnel très gentil. Je crois qu’il y avait des travaux de rénovation dans les parties communes mais la chambre était renouvelée, avec l’exception des radiateurs qu’était vieux. Il n’y avait pas ni une réfrigérateur ni un téléphone dans la chambre. La nourriture était de bonne qualité et le prix était raisonnable. Ça serait bonne de pouvoir faire le check-in plus tôt parce que 16h est un petit trop tard.

Lunch op het (MOOIE) terras. Geweldig uitzicht. Grote lunch/diner kaart. Helaas erg onvriendelijke en arrogante ober. Bij de vraag over een allergie haalde hij zijn schouders op : ging het vragen. Toen we het eten kregen wist de bediening niet meer om wat voor een allergie het ging. Op de eenvoudige vraag of we wat melk bij de koffie konden krijgen werd er erg moeilijk gedaan.
