The hotel is located near the Polaria which is a site one may see the Northern lights. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket just down the road. There are 2 rooms on the 2nd floor with a few stairs down from the lift lobby. You may consider to put up a request to the hotel for no stairs if you do not want to bring the suitcases up and down the stairs.

We were notified that the elevator was out of order in the first day of check in, it was terrible to carry luggage up to the 4th floor. We spent three nights there, unfortunately, the elevator was not repaired on the day we check out. But the staff is friendly and the the cookies provided at the snack bar is good!!

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed.

It was pleasure to be in this hotel.

The hotel just a few minutes walk to the city center. But very closed to Polaria bus station that I could walk easily with my suitcase. The staff was very helpful even there was a mistake about my check-in information but I did not have to wait too long for that. The room was clean and warm enough.

衛生程度正正常常 酒店位置還不錯 去機場步行4分鐘會有車 走6分鐘可以到達世界上最北的麥當勞 （28/10/2024） 服務也很好 前台工作人員面帶笑容 我們住的那天還提供了 免費Waffle製作的材料 可惜我們回到去快沒麵糊了 設施也正正常常 唯一可以改善是酒店房間的味道 會有一股 （潮濕？）的味道

Trip.com和酒店前枱服務超差！簡直是不能相信！事情發生是電話上Trip.com平台的APP壞了，我於晚上突然收到消費短訊說要收取我HKD$1659.99！我打開 Trip.com 的APP查詢後發現它擅自給我預定1晚這酒店的房間，我馬上打電話到酒店前枱說明情況，第一通電話說工作人員說她不在電腦旁邊叫我晚點再打過去，五分鐘後第二通電話酒店的女士説這情況是可以不收費用取消的然後她同意取消並要求我自己要在APP输入原因申請取消這個房間。結果兩個小時後！Trip.com 的APP是有取消到房間但是全額收取房費！責任跟本不在我方！本人感到萬分無奈！恩特維京酒店前枱人員和Trip.com的工作人員太不負責任令我金錢無辜受損！不會再用Trip.com 和相信這恩特維京酒店！也會告訴家人和所有朋友這次不愉快事件並請她們永不使用Trip.com和入住這毫無商譽的恩特維京酒店！！！！

衞生乾淨，服務態度好，熱情為我們叫的，指路，介紹景點。退房後可以存放行李，大廳有咖啡☕熱水、小餅乾免費享用。

酒店地點靠近市中心，房間設施齊全。有電梯，大堂備有茶點可供享用。員工十分友善，耐心協助旅客解決問題。
