U havet send the money I paid to u to the hotell, so I kost pay dobel up. They say they have contacted u at 1pm to day but no response.....where is my money gone??? I want my money back ASAP

It was a cosy, family-run place. Recepcni byi nice and friendly nothing to complain about , beautiful country with beautiful people.Breakfast was delicious great choice of food juice perfectThank you.

We stayed for a whole week in Trondheim. Unfortunately it rained four days in a row... The room was functional and had all we needed. The only minor point of critic was constant smell of grill and bacon in the morning.

we stayed in this hotel just one night between a cruise on the fjord and a train journey to Oslo. We took a taxi from the harbour when we arrived , but discovered that the hotel was a comfortable walking distance from the station when we left. It is also within walking distance of the city centre. The room was comfortable, we appreciated the tea making facility and the fridge, There were two chairs one an armchair and a comfortable bed, The breakfast was very good. There was a psychedelic carpet between the room and the lift but otherwise the decor was attractive,

The hotel was nice and conveniently located. But the service was very disorganized. I checked in at 3pm and was given a dirty room. So I went back to reception and was given a double room (instead of the twin room that I needed). So I went back a third time and was given another dirty room. Four rooms and an hour later, they finally sorted it out. The room that I finally got was large and quiet despite facing a busy street. The breakfast was the best I've had in a while.

We were on the 4th floor and the room was spacious and clean. Good bathroom with an excellent shower. Really good breakfast which was much nicer than many more expensive hotels. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. I thought it was the best value for money that we found during a week in Norway

We stayed in a family room, which in reality was a double room with a pull out sofa. We were a family with 11year old and 14 year old, so not much space. It was Saturday night, and although a fairly slow and cold Saturday evening, lots of noise, and the bar on the first floor resonated to our room on the 4th floor. The receptionist did not seem to bother much, as we entered the building, barely a hello. Feels very impersonal and cheap this hotel. The breakfast bufeet was really nice, so kudos to breakfast crew.

The Hotel has its advantages. It is near the cathedral and reported to be close to the train station. We did need a taxi from the hurtigruten terminal. About $20 usd. But its lobby is very cramped so it was a relief when we got into our room early. But our room on the sixth floor was quite strange. It was long and narrow with the twin beds arranged head to head. The room was probably 6 feet wide. There was one window with a view of the roof tops. We were only there one night so it was okay, but the room was not conducive to spending time together. There was a hot water kettle and a small refrigerator which would be useful for longer stays. Caution. There are three thon branded hotels in trondheim. Make sure you specify this one to avoid confusion. Our friends waited for us at the wrong one.

More than happy to stay there. Good service, tasty breakfast, quiet for rest. Excellent view. Friendly staff, tidy, comfortable. Well placed for conference and business travel. Very happy with kitchen and food.
