Beautiful, clean hotel, Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortables, showers are perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free, delicious breakfast daily - pastries, fruit, yogurt , espresso. Within walking distance of the main part of the city. Excellent stay.

If not for the disappointing croissants, this place would have been absolutely flawless. It's conveniently situated just outside the square, the rooms are impeccably clean and thoughtfully serviced daily. Manuela provides valuable recommendations, and the showers are great

The hotel was in a great location and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. However, the hotel staff/customer service had ruined the experience for myself and my family. The hotel messed up on our room booking and was unable to accommodate us for one of the nights. The lady was very dismissive and rude with how she handled the situation. Would not recommend.

All the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. There were ants everywhere in my room and the bathroom was covered in dust. We also had no running water and the breakfast was small and not good at all. Would never stay here again

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and the hotel did not live up to expectations. This is not a four star hotel! Outdated interior. Mold in the room! The room smelled of mold and there was visible mold in both the bedroom and bathroom (see pictures)! When we pointed this out, she only said sorry at the reception. The breakfast was okay and the staff were nice. We Can not recommend this hotel!

Really poor! I had a booking for July 2020 and it got canceled due to Covid. Every other hotel booking refunded my money. This one offered me a voucher that was valid during the border closure. Vouchers should have been extended from re-opening period as non of us could travel. I had no problem with a voucher if it was one I could actually use. I sent several emails to extend and rebook for this august 2023 only to receive a blunt response NO! Not good enough. Mind you the price is now double for the same accommodation so they would still have received double the money from us. Really poor, as everyone of us suffered through the closure, most hotel managed to be to fair about it! Not recommended due to the service and communication, poor form!

We enjoyed our stay at Colomba so much that we'd love to stay again when we visit Tropea next time. The hotel is super clean and stylish. It is located by Piazza Vittorio Veneto where is few minutes walk away from the gorgeous old town. It's in a quiet residential area where has few stores, restaurants and bars. Although the hotel only has 3 floors, it has a glassed lift which would easily fit a wheelchair with couple of people together. We stayed at the Deluxe room on the top floor which has a double shower room, a juliet balcony, Trussardi wallpaper, white marble floor and a powerful air conditioner. The WiFi is really fast too (tested at 55.1 Mbps for download and 16 Mbps for upload). The key reason we enjoyed that stay so much is the uber friendly staff. Manuela and Eleonora at the reception were so charming and helpful. Valentina made the best coffee at the breakfasts and she was full of joy and energy. Every guest enjoyed chatting with them. There were another two male staff who we didn't manage to get their names but they were also really friendly too. They all made us feel like home and that's why we would love to stay there again. They are definitely the assets of the hotel and they have made the experience so special and unforgettable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and really can't wait to visit Tropea again.

This hotel promised much but only really delivered a good breakfast. Our family room was just about large enough but the safe didn’t work, despite trying to get new batteries for it, and the TV remote was missing, rendering the TV useless. Both were reported but reception were unable to resolve. The breakfast was varied and tasty but service was very slow.
