Warm welcome#cosy room...spa treatment best ever....... Staffs very nice and welcoming...always ready to help. Buffet could have been in a little more variety. But food was nice....Pool side and indoor games amazing#clean and proper organized.

This place is brilliant! The hotel is a delight with delicious food, awesome staff and an excellent position. The grounds are the best I’ve ever seen. We had a room with a sea view but we would have been equally happy with a garden view. The hotel is much closer to the beach than indicated by on line maps. We loved the size of the hotel. Quite small but big enough for us. The spa is a little oasis and well worth a visit. We had no problems finding poolside tables or sun beds by the pool or on the beach. The restaurant isn’t crowded. Locals visit at the weekend. They were lovely people who helped us to understand the country and it was a privilege to chat to them. There was high quality live entertainment every other night. Very few children there but all of them were polite and well supervised. It’s easy and cheap to take a bus to Grand Bai for a bit more life and shopping. Trips are plentiful. Snorkelling from the beach which has coral within a few meters of shore is fantastic. Bathrooms are a bit out of date but considering all the positives, this wasn’t a problem for us. The animation team are excellent but could use a bit more English. The hotel is trying to organise a bar on the beach but the hotel bar is barely a minute away. Great value for money. Highly recommended

I love this Hotel! My second visit and stay at Casaurina.. You cannot fault the staff team, who literally know what Customer Service means .. they cannot do enough for you.. Reception; Spa; Bar and Restaurant Staff; Housekeeping and Sabrina in the Entertainments Team are what makes this hotel and my return holiday so special.. beautiful people ❤️.. the food has continued to raise the bar with even more selections and some first class dishes that would rival a 5 star hotel.. If I would critique anything it would be the takeover of Framissima throughout the entertainment .. it is kindly set up for French holiday makers however the other 50% of guests are the rest of the world.. please include us with the same services and programme choices so everyone feels included ❤️.. otherwise separate it out in different areas of the hotel Casaurina is well placed in the North West of Mauritius for beaches, trips around the island and a warm climate and if you get stuck, Maurijet are on hand for everything Mauritius I look forward to coming back soon!

We like our staying in Casuarina Resort&Spa.The hotel is little bit overdated,but clean. They do housekeeping regularly. The garden is beautiful, tropical paradise. The beach is opposite, after the road. The sunbrellas are limited,I think you need more of them,but the beach is beautiful. Only my suggestion is you have to manage some bar on the beach, because examples we had All Inclusive service and we can't bring any drinks down to the beach, we just have it near to the swimming pools.The employees are very kind,always helpful and friendly, with a big smile.We want to thank you for all team,especially Ryksay Ravi,who made a very good cocktails, but all waitress are fantastic. Thanks for reception guys and for girls who serving our dinners.Animation team is also wonderful. We coming back definitely. We recommend this hotel for everyone who like simple but cosy traditional African style accommodation.

Very pleasant holiday for 3.5 stars .Pretty out side areas .2 pools one with an ocean view . Spacious room soft drinks and water replaced regularly. Balcony area needs attention and a shower shelf and new toilet seat needed. Food very nice , need more variety in salad bar . Staff helpful and friendly. Nice cocktail menu . Easy access via bus to more beaches and shops . Weather was great and it was quiet which was lovely .

Had the most fantastic holiday at the Casuarina Resort. We stayed in room 138, which was kept extremely clean by our lovely lady Pratima. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff were very efficient and friendly. One of the restaurant managers Steve (Mcqueen) 😂 went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. The entertainment staff were brilliant, Jimmy,Lisa, Sabrina and Adel. They worked very hard to make everyones experience amazing. Special shout out to Lisa who even took us to a Hindu festival on her day off and was such a lovely person. We hope to see her again at some point. The resort itself is small and rustic but that is it's charm. The island is beautiful and I recommend doing the boat trips. I suggest you try to visit Mauritius 🇲🇺 and a stay at the Casuarina is definitely worth the journey from the UK. Thank you again for a fabulous holiday, the Townsends
