Home2 Suites by Hilton Troy

This is a fairly new hotel, so everything was very clean and well-maintained. It's back off the main road a little, so it's quiet. My one complaint is that the sheets on our bed were kind of awful. They had so much pilling that they were actually rough and uncomfortable to sleep on. That's a minor detail, obviously, but sleep is important!

Very nice accommodations. Very clean Our stay was fine. Room wasn’t available until right at 3pm. Purchased a 4.00 bottle of water at front desk and then I was told after purchase that complimentary water was available. Should have offered that before purchase.

We had a great stay and our front desk clerk was enormously helpful with a very late check in. Thank you!

Monieshenay , the person ar yhe front desk was awesome and super approachable. She greeted up with a friendly smile and was quick to answer any questions we had, an qbsolute asset the the hilton group.

Manager needs to talk to employee about doing job Employees not professional. Three times I went to ask front desk a question. Had a note out he’d be back. One question I found out was wrong answer. Next day the female employee wasn’t much better. The kitchen employee also wasn’t on the ball cause both pitchers of milk for coffee was empty plus no small creamers were out either. I have always been i,pressed with Hom 2 suites but that one was lacking

Although the hotel was full of teens that weekend, we were pleasantly surprised at hiw quiet the hotel was. Great places to eat close by
