experienced constant loud noise and music from the room next door starting at 7 AM, making it impossible to rest. At night, the noise continued with extremely loud TV shows, making it difficult to sleep. I reported this twice to the front desk, but despite their claims of contacting the guests, the noise continued. Additionally, a guest was cooking in their room, causing strong, unpleasant odors. It’s surprising that such activities are allowed. My booking also mentioned soundproof rooms, but there was no soundproofing at all. This was misleading and disappointing. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the guest experience.

We had witnessed the transition of weather from fall to winter. Our room (junior suite) was huge with view of the ropeway. All amenities are provided. It has bathtub too. Sparkly clean, netflix is available. You can also order from craftsmen restaurant and have it delivered to the hotel. Staffs are so helpful, sweet and courteous. No supermarket nearby. But you can book taxi to go to city, very near. Also lots of good restaurants. Highly recommended! I just wished it had balcony.

Good place with nice staff and a good view from the windows. There’s an EV charger in the parking, which is a useful advantage. Breakfast is interesting—they make it for you instead of having a buffet. On one hand, the choice is limited, but it also feels more like home-cooked food. Overall, good quality for the money. I recommend it.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape that make for a truly memorable stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm and welcoming attitude. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its perfect location—close to the heart of Tsaghkadzor where you’ll find a variety of excellent restaurants, yet situated in a tranquil area that guarantees a restful night’s sleep. Also one of the best things we like about this hotel is that Netflix is preinstalled on the Smart TV. This hotel is ideal choice for both families and couples, offering the right mix of convenience, comfort, and serenity. If you’re planning a visit to Tsaghkadzor, this place is definitely worth considering!

Big rooms, good breakfast, very nice staff. View from the rooms was amazing. Location is close to the center of Tsaghkadzor where all the restaurants are located, but meanwhile in a quiet place so you can have wonderful sleep. I recommend it for families and couples.

I think that this hotel is so nice and comfortable for guests,The forest view is so beautiful,The only thing bothered me was the Loud noise in the forest view room which I think was some system working. It was heard when the window was open. and I definitely think the reception is on the wrong floor.

Eine katastrophale Erfahrung.Wir haben die Executive Suit für 2 Nächte gebucht.Das Zimmer war stark renovierungsbedürftig.Von der Wand hängende Tapeten,Löcher in den Wänden,großflächige Wasserschäden und übertapezierter Schimmel.Wir sprachen das Problem an der Rezeption an und ins wurde mitgeteilt das man um die Probleme wüßte.Also entschieden wir früher abzureisen.Eine Teilrückerstattung wäre nur möglich wenn wir uns verpflichten keine Rezension zu schreiben da wir nicht mindestens 24 std vorher bekannt gegeben haben dass wir früher abreisen wollen.24h vorher hatten wir noch gar nicht eingecheckt! Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung bzgl Qualität,Beschwerdemanagement und Guest Relations. Noch ein Hinweis zum Frühstück. Bescheiden wäre geschmeichelt.Es gab zwar eine große Siebträger-Maschine aber uns wurde gesagt wir sollen uns einen Instant Kaffee am Buffet machen. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung!!!
