The hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person. Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them. There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.

This is okay for the location. Near to the night market and local wet market.

Same breakfast everyday. Don't feel comfortable in the dinning area. Need to wait for long to do check-in as no staff working in the front desk. Probably, it is a family business. Room was ok but no service in the room like changing towels, cleanup the room. Since the room I stayed looked like newly renovated, it is Ok for me. Close to night market and market.

The hotel is very close to the Sao Viet Bus Station and Sun World Plaza, The location is very good, and a few steps downstairs is a breakfast shop and souvenir shop. Many restaurants, street foods around the hotel, very lively and bustling at night. Room is OK but the toilet was not really clean

We didn’t like this hotel: the bed sheets had stains (photo), there was cockroaches in the room, the bed super uncomfortable (really hard and thin mattress), no soap in the bathroom and old towels. a lot of humidity in the room. Room without window and natural light

I actually didn’t stay here. When i came to checkin, the receptionist said there is no room for me (booked and paid online) i came from Noi bai airport to Sapa, i reached around 5.30am at the hotel lobby. I told the receptionist that i will stay only until the checkout time (11am). He said that the person who’s incharge for the booking is drunk and he/she didn’t inform him (night shift). The hotel don’t have computer on the reception area, maybe that why he cannot check and he also look like he have eyesight problem. Bless him. He handle the situation very well. He should get a raise. Dear owner, give him a raise. The person who drunk should be fired, he/she give other staff trouble. This happened today morning 26/6/2024 btw. I gave poor rating for the hotel service but for the receptionist, 5 star.

Расположение отличное. Заселили с трудом, администратор не мог понять что у нас за бронирование. Было сложно обьяснить всё. По итогу заселили. Комнаты были разные по качеству, в одной не было окна. Хотя выбирал одинаковые. До пруда, автобусной станции и рынка пешком 5 минут. Около входа лучшие местные булочки.
