Sapa Elegance Hotel recensioner

Our stay was no more than pleasant. The hotel’s best asset is their amazing staff. We arrived around 6am and we are able to get an early checked in and not only that, we’ve got our room upgraded for a nice view, just because. Also, shout out to their best staff, Ruby. She has an amazing smile and she keeps us entertained during breakfast. (See picture to see Ruby) Highly recommended and thank you! We loved our stay! We’ll comeback soon 😊

All the staff is very nice, recommend us all the tourist attraction and even wait us at the from door to carry our luggage. The breakfast come with lots of variety 🤤 highly recommended as the location just walking distance from the sapa station.

We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

A charming hotel. Always a pleasant stay with this hotel. Room is clean and spacious and front desk is friendly and helpful. The couple swan towels in the are ever welcoming even though I am a solo traveler this round 😄

Good location in city centre, but need to climb a mountain a little, hotel boss makes good delicious breakfast, Aircon is good, beds are OK. There is elevator.

The hotel is a little old and tired , no breakfast included in the price. Overall ok but a little overpriced for what it offers.

엄청 오래된 호텔임을 감안하면 그럭저럭 나쁘지 않았음 몸을 온수도 엄청 잘나오고 시설 자체는 깨끗했음. 4월에 여행가면 추운데, 에어컨에서 난방도 잘 되었음 조식이 맛있다고 리뷰가 있었는데 맛은 정말 나쁘지 않은데 일반적으로 생각한 그런 케이터링이 있는 조식 뷔페가 아니라 메뉴판에 주문 받는 조식이었음. 메뉴 개수 제한 없이 무료였고 내가 생각한 조식 메뉴도 아니었음 (버터 토스트 -＞ 버터랑 바게트(반미) 절반이 나온다거나 팬케이크 -＞ 한국 경상도식 호박전 느낌으로 나온다거나) 다만 사파 광장에서 거리가 매우 가깝기 때문에 판시판이나 깟깟마을, 타반 마을 투어 가기에는 매우 편했음 (사파 호수는 솔직히 호텔, 식당 밖에 없어서 굳이 거기서 안 자도 될거 같음)

약간의 오르막에 위치합니다. 리셉션 친절합니다 오래된 산장에서 묵는 느낌,,,시설은 오래됬지만 관리는 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있습니다. 조식으로 나오는 바게트 겉바속촉 맛있게 먹었어요,,,,,

Главное достоинство этой гостиницы - это её персонал. Мы благодарны девушке-администратору за её искренние улыбки и заботу о нас. Обстановка в гостинице очень простая, но находиться там было приятно. Завтрак по меню был сытным и вкусным.

오래된 작은 호텔이지만 매우 친절했습니다. 위치도 사파역 인근으로 시내나 판시판 접근성이 매우 좋았습니다. 오래돼서 시설이 좋은건 아닙니다만 만족하며 2박 보냈습니다.

坂道がちょっとキツイけれど、駅から近くて便利。 wifiは弱め。 飼われてる犬が可愛い。
