Beautiful Sapa Hotel recensioner

This hotel was SO accommodating and helped us rectify the booking even though booked on trip. Very good location and amazing views. Huge room (sheets weren’t sparkly clean, but everything else made up for it. Such helpful staff - even swapped the tv as ours wasn’t working and we needed a Netflix day haha. Good pho for breakfast, but fruit and toast is also available. Thank you for having us! Also enjoyed the spa at basement level.

Very clean hotel. Near at the center of sapa central. Very much recommend place to stay👏

Liked: Allowed us to check in early (but with charge!); The staff were all very friendly and accommodating; They gave us extra pillows and towels when we asked for them; The breakfast tastes fantastic; The heated showers worked perfectly; THE VIEWS- SUPERB!! Really close to restaurants and the Sun Plaza station too! Did not like: The bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels are not that clean. There were makeup stains left (i assume) in some of the towels; The TV has no internet; The heater/AC cannot accommodate the entire room, it only reaches some part of the room; On our day 2 and 3, the lights in the bathroom are flickering and the TV is not working.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The room itself was lovely, and the balcony view was definitely a highlight. However, I was quite disappointed to learn, after booking two nights, that I would have to transfer to a different hotel for my second night. This unexpected change was inconvenient and disruptive. On the bright side, the ladies at the reception were incredibly nice and accommodating, doing their best to smooth things over.

+Vị trí gần trung tâm, di chuyển vô chợ SaPa, nhà thờ đá, Sun Plaza gần. + Chăm sóc khách hàng nhiệt tình, chu đáo. + Mua vé đi Pansipan n*** tại lễ tân. Di chuyển xe máy hơn 5 phút là đến nơi để xe. -- Phòng cũ, chăn ga, rèm có vết ố vàng, dính dơ. -- Tivi không có kết nối mạng. -- Phòng nghe rõ âm thanh bên ngoài và phòng bên cạnh, lân cận.

The larger room with the view was worth the extra cost even with the foggy weather. The room was well appointed and spacious. The bathroom had a separate shower area which contained the water reasonably well. Toiletries include cotton buds, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo sachets, comb and a shampoo pump pack. The shower offered two shower head options. Our fridge didn't work very well but the reception staff were happy to put our frozen items in their freezer. The location was really convenient for all parts of the town. The room size, the view and the location made this hotel a great choice but the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff made it a brilliant choice. I would definitely stay here again.

la struttura non è proprio nuovissima e non è proprio un hotel di lusso, detto ciò la vista dal balcone è spettacolare, la camera tutto sommato è spaziosa con armadi e comodini( che non sempre trovi negli hotel in Vietnam). I gestori ed il personale tutti super gentili. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
