Lotus Aroma Sapa Hotel recensioner

I booked the family room with baloncy. The room is large, with a king bed, it has a separator, then a bulk bed. Thus it is very good for 4 pax to stay. The bed is comfortable, not to soft and to my liking. The hotel is just next to the Sapa market and bus station. If you like to buy local stuff like nuts, it is very convenient. To walk to Sun Plaza (Sapa station) and there are many restaurants and cafes, it is about 20 mins walk. Sapa is a small town, thus you will not get lost.

This HOTEL staffs UNHONEST!!!! The room that i order is senior deluxe city view, but when i arrived that, the room no city view, no lamps on the bed top, too dark. No living room like the photos, i asked three times to their staff, but he saids already full booked. And i moved another hotel, and got scam hotel room and got scam of the taxi that their staff called, just from his hotel to boutique hotel normally 27-30, but asked me paid 100.000 dòng vietnam. THIS HOTEL really gave me scam room!!! I disappointed with his manager too, reject my refund, and without figure out my bad experience!!!! I suggest u all do not stay here!!!! Even i ask trip.con to complain, trip.com website, the photos of the room is very bright but the real room that i saw last night can not sleep, NO LAMP on the bed top, too dari, i’m a woman, they let me waited one hour more, and no solve my problem, reject my refund. really DISHONEST!!! And scam room hotel!!!

値段の割には、豪華な客室で、朝食も美味しい。 銀行や市場も近くて便利。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切。 特に男性のスタッフで、親切丁寧に対応してくれた。 スパのフロアに宿泊したが内装がおしゃれ。また泊まりたい。

야시장 바로앞에 Sao viet 버스사무실과 가깝습니다. 로컬시장도 가까이 있어 시장구경하기 좋습니다. 선플라자까지 걸어서 20분정도 걸리는데. 힘들지않게 오가기 괜찮은거리 입니다.

사파 최고의 호텔이라고 자부할수있습니다. 저는 다음 사파에 놀러와도 숙소는 여기로 잡을 것 같네요 !! ㅎㅎ 진짜 최고에요 조식도 진짜 맛있어요 ㅎㅎ

Egg coffee is not on the menu, LAM bartender still prioritized and made it for me, it's amazing! he is very friendly and professional.it was amazing experience friendly staff and never forget this place,hope to come back again and enjoyed the coffee

Everything is great. Rooms are ok but what makes this hotel great is the customer service. Shout out to lam bartender who made my stay even better. Looking and checking my table from time to time. Thank you for that great coffee and for your service as well. I will be back for sure.

Du Ngoc Tran- Fom was amazing with me. He was so nice and take care of me by helping me a lot to get everything in place for the rest of my trip. He was also a great person with good energy and with who it's nice to discuss and exchange. Thank you so much

I’m afraid I can’t understand how this hotel has 5 star reviews. The actual bedrooms were very nice but that’s where the good parts end. The location is terrible, it’s above the bus station and right opposite the local market. The market starts at quarter to five in the morning and is very noisy, plus of course the smell emanating from the rotting animals doesn’t help when your room windows are down wind! The bathroom was very dated, and had this bizarre shower enclosure around the bath that actually diverts the shower flow around the sides of the bath onto the floor of the room, which quite obviously gets soaked. After our 2 showers we were literally paddling across the floor! I just don’t get it. The staff were completely disinterested in being there, it seemed like we were an inconvenience ruining an otherwise quiet day for them. Indeed at breakfast the first day we were the only 2 guests there and the selection of items was minimal to say the least. Vietnam is famous for wonderful coffee but I’m not sure where they get theirs it’s disgusting. Quite possibly the worst hotel breakfasts we have experienced anywhere around the world. We will be returning to Sapa again but will definitely be staying somewhere else.

Nice and clean hotel ,we stayed for 2 nights , Mr DU(manager) and Reception team were polite and helpful on the arrangements required,overall very pleasant stay . Breakfast was good with vegetarian options too since we are vegetarian. I highly recommend Lotus aroma sapa hotel .

Hotel is clean and breakfast was great. Breakfast is fresh, had a freshly cook egg in front and pho, many other wonderful choices.One of the best hotel in Sapa, yhe room was very clean and a great view of the market. I will definitely be coming back.

It is arguably the best hotel in Sapa. Location is far from the "party" area which makes it more quiet at night. But don't get me wrong, it is near restos and food stalls that are great at cheap. Breakfast though, is the best. I wake up early for this! Room is very spacious and bathrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly, courteous and attentive to your needs.

Second time come back Lotus Aroma, everything still amazing! Staff are friendly with professional services Hotel has new decoration and more attractive: Biger Lobby, Spa and Golf zone (I have tried play Golf, i liked this) Thank you all for warmly welcome, I will come back for next trip to Sapa, see you soon.

very good!! staff are very kind every one. ginger tea very good taste.I ceack in very late.and ceack out was very fast, but staffs are very kindness. I can watch Sapa marcket from my room’s valcony. I like very much!
