Love the place... overlooking the mountains with direct access near the center... very close to Moana... Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Great hotel with good amenities! There’s a executive lounge and pool table at level 15 for you to chill! I booked a deluxe garden mountain view and the view is amazing! Location is great too!

Best hotel in Sapa in my opinion. Away from the busy part of town, that's fine. You get top class service, food, views. Just don't go to the spa, the masseuse I had didn't know what she was doing. Terrible. Everything else was good.

Great staff. Location is a bit far from Sun Plaza, but still within walking distance. You can also take Grab and it will take less than 5 mins to Sun Plaza. Ok good weather you can see good scenery

I had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – I could sit by the window for hours just enjoying it. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location made it easy to get around, with cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I’m really glad I booked this place, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

This is my second time to book.The room is clean and tidy. The staff is always smiling When you ask for help. The concierge is warm to provide help for guests.It deserves for this room type price .Strongly recommended. It's convenient to go to anywhere.
