It is a nice location, good breakfast but cleanliness wise they don’t change the bedsheet and do proper house keeping. I literally paid the generous amount so that i could sleep in clean bedsheet. They dont even clean the toilet and bathroom, all they do is refill and restock toiletries, mop the floor, make the bed with same bedsheet, dirty towels, not really worth of its price that i paid for. I would give 0 for cleanliness

Overall a good impression. The staff is welcoming and the room is comfortable. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit away from the city center.

The place and location just right. About 700m to 1km to Sapa station.

Cleand hôtel and nice staff. We could take a shower after the check out on the day of our trek which was really appreciated. The location is good, the view on the Mountains is nice. It is noisy because of stray dogs barking downstairs.
