Bamboo Sapa Hotel

I recently stayed at Bamboo Sapa Hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay throughout. What made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff—especially Mr. KC. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth and enjoyable. He not only gave excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to explore in Sapa, but also assisted in arranging my trip to the Dragon Glass Bridge and handled all the bookings for my Fansipan summit adventure. The hotel management is truly fortunate to have someone as professional, attentive, and dedicated as Mr. KC on their team. His genuine hospitality made a real difference in my stay. Highly recommended!

I was very happy. The staff are very friendly, and would like to highlight Mr.KC who is working at reception. He is very thoughtful ,helpful and serving good services. Room is clean and hotel’s location is perfect. Love it 💓

Everything was perfect!!they check us in early,good place,very kind staff,and the breakfast buffet was good.. i was in shock when i saw the bed it was huge for two people… thank you bamboo sapa definitely I’ll ne back soon

Room is big, washroom clean, morning breakfast restaurant with scenic view. Location wise is ok, within walking distance to stone church, Sun plaza, Moana… Plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel too.

Originally Bamboo Sapa Hotel is not our first option but because of the location (which is the best) so we opted to stay here and its the best decision of our trip. The lobby is spacious and clean, the staffs are great specially Julie which made our stay a breeze because she speaks english really well. The room is impressive, spacious, clean and we got a corner balcony which we loved so much. The buffet breakfast has good options, special mention the Pho, breads and yoghurt. Everything is well arranged. Highly recommended!

Bamboo Sapa hotel is new, clean and customer service is beyond our expectation. We wanted to thank especially to KC, who went all way out to help us change our room on the 1st night as it was very noisy due to an outside event. He also helped to get discount for my massage as it was my birthday during our stay there. Overall, it was an amazing experience and a wonderful stay at BAMBOO SAPA HOTEL. We highly recommend this hotel.
