This place is a true paradise. The crew is awesome and the villas are wonderful. Don’t hesitate to book. They are many different surf spots depending on the level which is good. Surf lessons are very good and the instructor is a mentawai ´s legend ( cheers Uum ;) ) Massage and yoga is also very relaxing after a big surfing day. The food is VERY good, the chef and his team are super talented, products are fresh and local ( i recommand the tuna tataki :) ) We will come back

We spent our honeymoon at Awera and this is without a doubt the best resort of the Mentawais. Amazing location next to some of the best waves in the planet, the villas are fenomenal, the food is delicious and the staff is very kind and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

El lugar es un absoluto paraíso. Increíble que todavía un lugar en la tierra pueda ser tan magnifico que combina la virginidad de la naturaleza y el confort de sus instalaciones. Estas prácticamente solo en el paraíso con todo lo que necesitas. El equipo de Awera hace que te sientas siempre cómodo, bien recibido y cuidado. Rai nos recibió con la mejor onda. Aimar el dueño que esta siempre atento a cuidar todos los detalles. La comida es exquisita: como dice el chef Delmi, cocinamos con alegría, amor y un poquito de sal, hermoso. Ness, April, Milla, Wahini y todos en el restaurante siempre con una sonrisa listos para atender. Con respecto al surfing dos veces al día salen las lanchas buscando las mejores olas. El Equipo de surfing es excelente. Loki fue mi coach y logro que pueda surfear las mejores olas de mi viaje. El día de mi cumpleaños me dedico una atención especial y tuve una sesión única y perfecta. Gracias Loki Carlos el fotografo retrato todo los mejores momentos y no tan buenos también 😂 Volveremos! Un endroit exceptionnel, une vue à couper le souffle, Villa formidables. Des équipes impliquées avec un service d'une extrême qualité (Surf, réception, nettoyage et repas). Les repas sont extrêmement travaillés et variés. L'organisation des sortie Surf est bien rodée. On a 2 à 3 session de surf par jour avec un instructeur/surf guide à un horaire choisi en fonction des marées. J'ai eu notamment Loki et Oum qui étaient très pros et pédagogues. En 16 jours nous avons l'impression d'être parti 1 mois. Dépaysant et unique. Personnel sympa. Je le recommande vivement et nous reviendrons bientôt.
